Description of Work: Called due to having no heat, also requested quote on new heat and air. Service person was supposed to be here bet. 12 and 2, showed up at 2:30 no call to say running late. Told him when he was supposed to be here and he said no way, fellow who answered should have NEVER said that. Then I told him heater in crawlspace and he said he really doesn't go in crawl spaces. We did go down and my heater is installed from joists horizontally, he took one look and again, no way I gonna have to call my boss don't know what I am looking at. Asked where air filter was, actually right in front of him. Outcome was only reset button needed to be pushed. $165.00 for that. y Also no mention of requested quote on record, was told some other person does that which I assumed. So call again to get someone out to quote. Naturally after that crazy service call I will not be using them again. Had them out in the past several times but this and last time service not good as in the past. In the process of getting quotes from 2 other local companies
