Working with Advantaclean on mold remediation project was a nice experience. We noticed mold in patches in our bathroom, Advantaclean they worked on this mold remediation project and the end result, mold free bathroom. After they completed their work also did post test and result came negative. The crew worked on this project are very professional and they did the job nicely. From start to finish, Advanta Clean was great to work with for our mold remediation and vent cleaning. The estimate was extremely detailed compared to the others we got, which was so helpful to know what would be done. The technicians were great to work with! They found mold where we didn't even know it was there. I can't say enough good things about Chase and John K. (and Will who we had for day 1 with Chase and John) They went above and beyond and I'm so thankful for that because I can trust that the mold is gone! They were very kind, friendly, hardworking, thorough, knowledgeable and answered all my questions, while keeping me in the loop on what was being done. They took lots of pictures for me so I can give them to my insurance company too. We ended up adding on removing some carpeting that had some mold and the owner, JT, took the time to call and discuss it with me. I highly recommend Advanta Clean to anyone who needs mold remediation or vent cleaning and they will be my first call if I ever need it again!

The team from AdvantaClean of Northwest Chicagoland was polite, hardworking, and thorough. I was delighted that they took special care in packing my Christmas dishes and stemware. They even packed up all the items in the upper kitchen cabinets, even though they were not damaged to make it easier for me to replace. Since I was out of town when they did the flood restoration in my home, the team leader called me everyday to give me a progress report. Even though it was over 100 degrees in my home that week, they persevered without complaint. When I arrived home, my insurance adjuster commented on the wonderful job that they had done to prepare for the rebuild. My neighbor, who also sustained damage, liked their work so much that he hired them to work on restoring his townhouse as well. This company goes above and beyond. For example, the team leader kindly put my heavy microwave in the back seat of my car so that I could give it away. It is without hesitation that I would highly recommend this company.

Two workers arrived on time. Conducted themselves in a professional manner ,they introduced themselves .they put on shoe covers when you walked inside the house they protected the floor with drapes to put their equipment on. they explained what they were going to do. Answered all my questions and my expectations. I had a lot of questions being the first time I was having all the air ducts clean.. I saw them working very diligently, they did not waste time. It took them the whole day about eight hours to complete a thorough job.

The technicians went above and beyond to remove every speck of mold. They were courteous, thorough, and knowledgeable. We would recommend them to anyone with a mold problem.

The Advanta Clean team were very polite and hardworking. I had a ton of mold from a water leak and chase and logan were professional and clear in what they were doing. From start to finish had a great experience. Techs came on time, performed an excellent job. They did demolition in my bathroom and closet, and left the worksite neat and clean.

My overall experience, from the time of the initial visit through the completion, was great. I was gathering quotes from 3 local crews, and AdventaClean stood out due to their professionalism, promptness, and focus on customer service. JT (the owner) came out for the initial assessment and provided me with a detailed, itemized quote, which was thorough and easy to understand. I had to reschedule our initial appointment a couple of times due to unforeseen circumstances and Kaitlyn (office manager) was responsive and accommodating. The technicians were prompt, professional, completed the job, and cleaned up after. One of the techs, Anthony, stayed late to make sure all is done properly since I had the contractor crew coming in the next morning for a rebuild. Excellent. Old insulation removed, entire space treated for mold & mildew, debris cleared/dead wires and rodents removed. One crack discovered and filled. All walls and ground covered.

Pictures taken before and after show marked improvement. Stains on plywood and rafters completely cleaned. They also installed two roof vents from bathroom fans to inhibit further mold growth. Very pleased.

AdvantaClean was fantastic. The owner's son came out to give us a quote, and he was very knowledgeable, professional, polite, and helpful. I was not the one home when the project was done, but my mother in law said that the guys who did the work were very professional and as quiet as possible considering the project involved sawing through drywall. The price was very reasonable for the work performed. We are very happy and my allergies are already drastically improving! Thank you so much!
