 + -1 moreI was very happy with the experience of having Diversified Construction and the owner, Kevin Pruitt, taking care of my renovation project. I did most of the room layout designs and was very pleased that as often as possible my plans were followed and good advice was given when the plans didn?t work out. From the very first day till the project was complete they were on the job every day and sometimes finished up on the weekends. If we had stayed with the original plans the cost would have been under the bid price. I made several changes and additions and they were understanding and helpful. I would definitely recommend Diversified Construction and plan to work with them again.
Description of Work: I hired Diversified Construction to do a complete renovation of a large 2 story house that was built in 1928. Every kind of work was involved including new wall construction, insulation, wiring, plumbing, doors, windows, siding, drywall, painting, light fixtures, cabinet installation, and a new deck.

Description of Work: Complete home remodel - new walls, insulation, wiring, plumbing, windows, cabinets, fixtures, flooring, siding, roofing, etc. Job also Included a large, new front porch addition and a re-working of a detached garage for safety and functionality. All work was done in professional manner and never a problem with inspectors as work progressed to its finish.
