It has been 4 years since I had my bathroom remodeled, and my kitchen partially remodeled. I recently found out that I have apparently had a water leak for some time. This leak is from the bathroom shower which the plumber told me was not installed correctly. My subfloor under the bathroom and part of the kitchen is now ruined and needs to be replaced. Also, the tile on my walls around the tub have been loose with grout flaking off for over 3 years. The caulking in same area is cracked and separated as well. The floor tile also has some cracks. I knew they did a bad tile job that was going to have to be replaced, but the bad plumbing is going to cost me several thousands of dollars. Oh and the mysterious mold problem that developed after they were done was determined to not be there fault My advice DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! The total cost for my remodel with parts, labor, and materials was around $14,000. It is going to cost me twice that to fix the disaster they caused. Stay away from them unless you like throwing away your money. I just cannot not recommend them enough.

I hired Ken to install new windows and also to enlarge 3 window openings and put larger windows in. He had to go through brick to install these windows and repair and make new window frames and sills. He also installed a door where a window was. This entailed a lot of brick cutting and remodeling the area. He did a beautiful job! Note here that none of the other window companies would touch or even know who to call to do this. The windows and 2 sets of door were beautiful. Perfect job. Ken and his crew really worked with us, and made sure we understood and agreed with what needed to be done. He kept us informed when he could do certain jobs, since the weather was a big factor. I could not recommend Ken and his crew more. If you want a great job, done right, responsible priced, and friendly crew Cal Ken at Heartland Co. YOU WON'T REGRET IT!

The addition they did for me was started late October so going in I knew we would have weather issues. Ken stayed in touch with me about this and on days they couldn’t be here he let me know. I feel the communication between the two of us was/is great. When he ran into a problem or something unexpected he came to me right away and always had a solution for it. Ken and his crew have shown the upmost respect as I have a 90 year old mother in law living here as well as a 110 lb Schnoodle. They made friends with him and he always feels comfortable around them. There are a few things left to be done but by the time for the final work through is to be done I know I will be 100% happy and will not hesitate to have them do additional work for me as needed.

We hired Heartland Services to remove old furniture and a sky fort from our backyard. They were on time, friendly, cooperative and completed the job quickly and professionally. I would hire them again and give them a high recommendation.

They cleaned everything back up too. My wife loves her new look and so do I. Overall I think I got a lot for the price. Definitely would recommend them to everyone!
