Horrible customer service. Called after pool was purchased and said it would be installed in 2 weeks. 2 weeks came and went and no pool install. Finally showed up 4 weeks later and left in the middle of the install and promised to show up the next day. When we called him he said he wasn't coming at which point he was fired. He also destroyed the yard and dug up the cable and Internet line with what work he did do. Cost me more money to fix his work than what he was going to get paid.

First of all we told the pool installer to put it against the deck so we could walk from the deck to the pool. When it looked like it was too far away we asked him to move it closer. The pool was installed two feet from the deck. We had to add on to the deck so people can get safely from the deck to the pool. An expense we were not counting on. We quickly discovered the installer did not smooth out the bottom of the pool . He left footprints and rocks which make it very difficult to vacuum. The rocks are under the liner. We had two conversations with him during the summer and agreed to wait until Labor Day to get the problem resolved. We thought we were doing him a favor by waiting for the season to be over. After Labor Day we left numerous phone messages, emails and faxes. One time the installer called back, but as soon as he discovered who he was talking to, he hung up. The footprints and the rocks are still there a year later.
