Great! Every step from the estimate to the finished product was easy, smooth, and painless. Josh worked with us to tailor our siding needs to fit our budget. We never felt pressured and we were entirely comfortable with the decision we made. The installers were on time every day, cleaned up spotlessly after themselves and were courteous and friendly. It was very nice to see the same professional crew every day and not a rotating crew of guys just doing a job. I would highly recommend Prairie State Siding and Window!

We were very impressed with the work. It took five days from start to finish of siding. That crews answered our questions and cleaned up after they were finished each day. The owner kept us informed from singing the contract to when our project started. Our windows already make our home noticeably warmer too. Thanks to Prairie Sate Siding! My home is beautiful!

They put me at the top of their due to a leaky roof. Not only fixed but a totally brand new and beautiful new roof. Working with the owner and his crew was pleasant and efficient. All questions answered and great clean up throughout the project. Work was so good my neighbors hired them too!

Impresssed with quality certification and 50 yr guarantee. Kept price within insurance estimate, although insurance didn't cover everything and I did more to cover entire house and left off a couple parts on the garage that don't show from front and appear to be in good condition. Just had a few damaged parts on roof anyway but insurance (Amer Family) covered much of it. I covered some myself but worth it to get mostly new roof with 50 yr guarantee (and 15 yr transfer to new owner). Work done fast, workers nice and conscientious. Cleaned up pretty well. Looks nice, good work (I was around to watch). Fast. Just 1 1/2 days and somewhat complicated steeper roof.

Seemed to go well, fast work. Left a fair amount of nails and debris. But had a couple leaks develop at some difficult spots, around chimney, and another intersection of roof and wall. It took a few trips back to get the leaks fixed. They were fixed well however. The guy that came to fix them did a very good job. Seems that the original workers did not have quite enough time and had to rush it. It has a good guarantee etc.

Had two layers torn off and a new layer put on. The crew showed up when they said they would and Josh at Prairie State was easy to get in contact with.

I contacted Josh from Prairie State on a Sunday after a significant leak from our windows developed. I explained to Josh our problem and he arrived at our home 30 minutes later. He got new windows ordered and had them installed in a very timely fashion. His installer was a great guy and we were very happy with him.

GREAT!!! Josh was on top of everything. Communication was extraordinarily. Siding crew was awesome, quality work. Started at 7am and finished by 5:30pm, tear off and house resided in one day. Good clean up when job completed. Gutter crew on time and quality work. Finished in two hours and cleaned up debris was very good. Huge improvement in curb appearance to our house. Excellent Job. Highly Recommend.

Josh was on site an hour after I called, assessed the situation, and we had a plan to address my concerns quickly. His crew showed up when promised and completed the roof efficiently. They did their best to clean up afterwards (weather was a concern) and the workers were polite and courteous. Josh had another crew out a few weeks later to finish the roof ventilation. Josh communicated well, shared pictures of each step of the process, and was willing to listen to my concerns and suggestions throughout. Much appreciated, thank you.

Josh and his crew are amazing! Josh communicates every detail and his response time is excellent. His crew is professional, very detail oriented and efficient!! Josh and his crew cleaned up after themselves and our plants were not trampled in the process of the vinyl siding being put up. Our neighbors have been commenting the same evening the work was done on how good the house looks and how quick the siding was installed. I highly recommend Prairie State Siding and Window because they are priced very well and Josh and his crew are a well oiled machine.

Work went quite smoothly and quickly. Weather was not the best. Workers had to contend with cold and wet conditions. Roof on our 113 year old 3 story house has very steep angles. there are sharp corners and it gets tricky up at the top. The workers did great job. They cleaned up every day and were very pleasant to have around. Overall a great crew. Josh was upfront with his proposal at the start and explained everything and was easily accessible in case of issue. He called or texted to keep up on progress.

They removed 4 layers and replaced the sheeting completely restoring the roof on my 99 year old house. They did a great job and got to it in a timely manner.
