+ -1 moreThe staff was wonderful to work with and answered all questions, informative and made suggestions. Good attention to detail and good understanding of what was needed from design to fixtures. Would definitely use them again. Pricing was better than the big box stores by at least 5%. Nice personal touch and friendly service.

Description of Work: We are extremely satisfied with the work performed by Great Northern Kitchens and Baths. We had a bathroom remodeled and Amy knew from the start what we were looking for and showed us the materials to make it work. She recommended a contractor, Jared, and he did excellent work. He showed up on time and completed the job in the time span he had predicted. We will have both of them again remodel another bathroom sometime soon.

+ 1 moreBecause I decided to remodel our kitchen myself, and had never done anything of that scale before, they have held my hand from start to finish. It is probably the best customer service I have experienced in any industry, from any store - ever (they have even been to my house on 3 occasions to offer advice and guidance). They are extremely friendly and I would definitely buy cabinets from them in the future if I ever decide to tackle such a project again. Their shop is nice and the displays help to get ideas for your own projects.
Description of Work: Joe and Amy helped us design our new kitchen and we ended up ordering new cabinets and ceramic tile through them.

+ -1 moreThis was a wonderful experience. We still get compliments on every detail of the basement. I love that Great Northern listened to all our needs and ideas and lent their professional expertise to get this project completed. We started with several meetings and brainstorming sessions and then Joe and John provided 3D drawings of the completed project. All the way thru they kept in contact with us keeping us in the loop of all the steps involved. The end result exceeded our expectations. This is a room that we can grow with and enjoy for a long time.
Description of Work: Great Northern Kitchen and Bath designed and helped us through the entire process. We didn't know where to start when we started thinking about remodeling our basement. Joe and John were great to work with. They provided us with 3D drawings of the project before we had to make a final decision to go ahead with the work. We got everything we wanted in our Basement; Bathroom, Entertainment Center, Wetbar, Fireplace and room for a pool table.
