 + -1 moreThe job took a little longer than I thought. The job was also a little messy. We like the result but the process was a little painful. They weren't good at being punctual but it was a beautiful job in the end.
Description of Work: They re glazed the tile in our showers, bathrooms, and refinished our vintage bathtub.

 + 0 moreJoseph Jedd was wonderful to work with. He came out measured and discussed what he could do to turn my 1940's bathroom (which consisted of peach and maroon wall tiles and yellow tub and basin) into a modern bath. I had received a quote of almost $10,000 to remove the tile, because the old tile was so thick and heavy that removing the tile would require removing the walls. Joseph's solution produced incredible results at a fraction of the cost. It took several days, as one day was spent in prep and repairs and a few days were needed to spray on about seven coats of porcelain. The tile and tub looked like new and did not have that "spray-painted" look of some refinished surfaces that I have seen in the past. The best part is NO MORE GROUT to get moldy or discolor, and since its white, its impossible to notice the difference between the grout and tiles! I loved the job he did and would hire him again.
Description of Work: Refinished 112 sq. ft. of tiled wall from vintage peach/orange to perfect white. Also taped off burgundy accent tile so that it remained; refinished over sized yellow steeping tub to matching white, installed new chrome drains/overflows in the tub with modern ones that he supplied. Removed those tiled-in toothbrush holders, cup holder and old towel bars around sink and tub and repaired damaged original tiles and replaced with new tiles; added non-slip bottom to shower/tub and finished caulk around tub.

 + -1 moreJOE WAS VERY RESPONSIVE, BUT HIS WORKERS WERE A BIT CARELESS WITH SOME OF THE REST OF THE BATHROOM; PAINT WAS TAKEN OFF THE WALL WITH THE TAPE THEY USED. THE TOWEL RACK WAS TAKEN OFF AND NOT PLACED BACK ON.
