Description of Work: THEY CUT A TREE DOWN NEXT TO MY PROPERTY AND IT FELL ONTO MY PROPERTY DAMAGING PLANTS AND LET IT LAY THERE A DAY |DID NOT EVER KNOCK ON MY DOOR TO ASK FOR PERMISSION AND DID NOT EVEN OFFER TO TAKE CARE OF THE DAMAGES | |THEN CONFRONTED ME AT A GAS STATION AND TOLD ME I COULD OF HANDLED THINGS DIFFERENT THAN PUTTING A SIGN IN MY FRONT YARD TELLING ABOUT WHAT HE HAD DONE WAS OUT THERE ONE DAY | |I TOLD HIM HE COULD OF HANDLED THINGS DIFFERENT FROM THE START | |NOT VERY PROFESSIONAL |

+ -1 moreHe's very busy when I got him but I was happy with his service. I don't have anything bad to say about him. One of the workers said that he's one of the most affordable and cheapest around but I don't know for sure....that was what the worker said. I was satisfied. I never had a tree service do any work for me before. They have one here that Camp Road that several people use but they have a big fleet and I've seen them park in different towns. They have probably fifteen to twenty trucks sitting there; I didn't see them work until they came to town. People just drove around and asked them to do some trim either. I wasn't informed to do anything extra so I didn't approach them. He was recommended to me. The tree cutter that was here was very professional but he got a huge fleet. They don't have safety hats, no signs put on the road but they don't need one. They have old equipment but I have no problem, I thought they did a great job. He did what he promised.
Description of Work: I used the tree service of Ridgeway Tree Service. He trimmed my trees.
