Transmotion delivered furniture we ordered and while the delivery guys were backing their truck into our driveway, they crashed into our lamp post and damaged it. They then proceeded to deliver the furniture without informing us that they damaged our property and gladly accepted our tip and left. When we discovered the damage, we were able to see that they damaged the lamp post and knew they did so from video from our outside cameras. When we contacted Transmotion about the issue and provided them with the video, photos and a quote for the repair, they initially responded and said they would reimburse us for the damages. They then stopped responding for 25 days, in which, I authorized our electrician to repair our lamp post since there were exposed wires and have paid for the entire repair bill (almost $3,000 due to new parts, removal of damaged parts and concrete, re-laying concrete, installing new parts and re-wiring). The incident occurred on September 12th and they have now completely stopped responding without reimbursement to us. This business is completely unprofessional and unethical.

AVOID!! Terrible movers. Terrible customer service. Use someone else! They advertise that they are professionals at moving exercise equipment when in reality, the movers they use have no clue what they are doing. I needed someone to move an elliptical, and since I knew it would be a tight fit in my basement, I specifically hired Transmotion, despite the fact that they charge nearly double what anyone else charged because they advertise that they "cover the entire process of disassembly, transportation and reassembly of your product." (see: [*** Link removed ***] When they got to my house with the elliptical and it didn't fit, they refused to disassemble it, saying it's against company policy to disassemble exercise equipment. So basically they are advertising something that it is against their company policy to do. Customer service was rude and refused to do anything, including take the elliptical back to where it came from. It is now stuck in my garage and I have nowhere to park. Do yourself a favor and find a different professional moving company, because they are NOT professionals.
