Great. Work done on time and within cost estimate.

They gave us a good price and they're honest electricians. They were pointing out things to me that were off code. That's very nice for them to do. I makes more work for them. It's good to get it all done. They got here at 8:00. They are going to come back and check for something else; I have to purchase something.

I've worked with Pro Electric many times always finding Bob Carlson and his other electricians courteous and very, very professional. They are very cost effective and get the job done in an expedient manner.

This condo is furthest from our boiler and on very cold days, the temperature would be as low as 62 degrees in her condo unit. This baseboard has adequately heated her place, bringing the temperature up to a comfortable level for the owner.The installer, Chase, was very courteous and professional in manner while being amiable. He steadily worked to install the baseboard, running wire from the baseboard to the electrical box.We were very pleased that he was able to do the wiring without cutting any drywall. Thanks for a most excellent job!

I discussed the scope with the owner who recommended emailing photos of both the chandelier and the turret I wanted it to hang in. A 2 person crew came and removed the old fixture and installed the new item. The job was done in < 2 hours. They were recommended by the lighting store where I purchased the new fixture. The only issue I had and why I downgraded them slightly on the Professionalism category was that they scheduled the work to begin at 9:00am but they didn't arrive until 9:30am. They had finished the work at 10:50am which I was sure to make note of because I was paying by the hour and had a few errands I needed to run before noon so was surprised when the finished early, giving me time to finish my own business. However, when I received the bill I noticed I was being billed for 3 hours of work. I called the owner who was very understanding and agreed to honor my word that the team hadn't been on my property for more than 1.5 hours but had billed me for twice that time. This wasn't a holiday or an emergency visit. I would use them again but if I were managing the field teams I would have them present a work scope and time sign off form to the customer who could check off the time the crew arrived and departed the property.

Our condominium had three electrical gutter cables that had quit working. I had many electrical contractors from angie's list who either never came out or came out to look, but were leary about going up three stories on a ladder. We have no entry from inside our building to the third story roof and ProElectric has a bucket truck. I was personally recommended this company from a local business. I was extremely satisfied with their attention to detail. They even cleaned out all of our gutter downspouts; whereas, other electrical companies told me that they would only do electrical work. Additionally, ProElectric answered all my questions in detail. Thank you, ProElectric for the excellent work.
