I have dealt twice now with this company and will continue to do so. I am a reliable person who appreciates fairness/honesty and keeps to my word. Dealing with businesses who are like minded make me feel at ease! The guys were very nice, efficient and reasonable.

The company was very responsive and came out the next morning. I was expecting a replacement of the hose faucet and already had a replacement one at the house with an access panel to get to the joint. Turns out the filter got damaged when it was installed and the guy removed the filter and problem was solved. Then charged me $200. So overall I have mixed feelings. The guy did come and fix my problem and was professional but for 15 min of work and not really doing anything I feel a little ripped off.

Called on a Friday due to a broken hot water heater. The owner responded immediately and came out within the hour to assess and gave recommendations and a written quote. He scheduled his crew to come back within another hour. They were professional and polite. Hot water heater and hose bib are working great. No issues. Would hire again!

We had a sump pump die on us unexpectedly. Gary responded to our call immediately and had someone check it out same day. New sump pump was installed and the job took less than an hour. Everyone was professional throughout. I highly recommend Gary. He has helped us in the past with other plumbing jobs as well.

Gary from Plumbing Pros was absolutely great. I came home one night after work and went down into my basement and noticed a leak in master valve from the water line. After having the city shut off the water I started calling around to find service and cost. Since it was after hours on a weekend most places were closed. Others companies with emergency lines would not even listen to my description of the problem, they simply said they can have somebody come out for a fee. When I called plumbing pros I was able to actually talk to someone who knew what they were doing. I was able to get a ballpark for what the issue would run and also a time. Sure enough gary was able to come out at That time and took care of the issue. I will definetly use them again.

We called Plumbing Pros after we had noticed out water heater leaking and flooding the basement this morning. Gary was the one to answer the phone to greet me. He immediately walk us through the steps to shut off the water to the water heater, and how to turn the gas off too. After chatting with him about what options he had for us, We elected to have him come out to do the replacement for us. He scheduled an appointment for later this afternoon due to prior appointments he had scheduled, After about 20 mins , Gary had called back stating that he bumped a couple of his appointments around so he could come get us taken care of! Within an hour Gary and Rick had shown up and started to remove the old water heater and install the new one. The thing that impressed us the most was the time and effort they put in making sure that they wrapped the old water heater up so that it would not leak rusty water all over out carpet while removing the old heater. After about 2 hours they had the old one out , the new one installed and were all cleaned up. Gary took the time to explain everything they did, he even went as far as to teach me things about emergency shut offs in my house for main gas and water supplies. Their warranties and prices are unmatched by any company we have ever spoke to. We highly recommend Plumbing Pros to anyone looking for a Great company to do service for your home.

Plumbing Pros Inc was referred to me by a friend that has used them in the past so I figured I would give them a try, I must say this has been the most pleasant experience I have ever had with a plumber. The Service tech Gary "Which I later found out had just opened up Plumbing Pros , Was very Polite, informative, clean and most importantly ON TIME! My neighbors have a huge tree that has been causing my drains problems in the past and I have had several plumbers come out to rod the drain, They have all told me that it comes with a warranty but I could never get ahold of them to come back out, Plumbing Pros gives a 6 month warranty with all their rodding services and also includes a sewer inspection with it. Set aside from the tree roots he pulled out he also sent a camera down the line and let me see that my pipe was clean. He also installed a battery backup system which seems to be a better deal than what the home depot brand would have cost. I will highly recommend this company to all my friends and family!
