No Name Painters

I used them when they first started their business. I called them years and years ago. They did a nice job with the exterior painting. I spent a lot of money for this service. They were on time. They were nice and professional. They were easy to get along with. I got a couple of other bids.

The initial work was done on schedule and to my satisfaction. I flew up after the first painting was completed to make sure everything was done as requested; and it was. I called Tim at No Name again during my visit to IL to have additional projects done. He came immediately and agreed to take care of everything I needed. This too was done promptly and in a professional manner. Like the first and second assignments the third list of projects were done in the same workman like manner. I am MORE THAT PLEASED with the price, service, response time to my calls and the professional manner in which all this work was done. Keep in mind I was in Florida while the work was being done in Naperville IL. It all turned out fine. There were a few minor things that were missed but they were quickly rectified. Now here is one more REALLY IMPORTANT FACT I want to share. I ONLY asked for and got a quote for the initial painting - not the additional tasks that were added as we proceeded to get the house ready for sale. When the bill arrived I was pleased to see that he did NOT take advantage of the situation. He charged me a fair price for the tasks performed.

Tim the owner was very friendly and personable. I did not get other quotes for the work because Tim's offer seemed very fair and we wanted to get started quickly. After the initial consultation, Tim gave us estimates on all the different projects we were interested in doing. The estimate itself took a little over a week to get. We opted to just start with the major painting project first. Time came out the following week to review colors with us. He was patient and helpful, and made us feel comfortable with the colors we were picking. The project was scheduled to start about 2 weeks later. Tim came out a few days before the project started to put samples up on the walls for us. This helped us get a better idea of what the options would look like on our walls, and in different areas (where some had more natural light than others). The project started ON TIME from when we agreed to begin the work. The painters were there every day ON TIME! The job took a couple days longer than originally planned, but that was not because they were working too slowly. It was not a big deal. The workers were all very polite and professional. The overall quality of the work was fantastic. This was our first time using professional painters, but without any comparison, we were very happy with the speed and quality of this job. Everything went smoothly. We did have a surprise wall area damaged by a huge inactive bee hive that was found behind the wall. That part of the wall had to be removed and patched up with new drywall. They took care of it quickly and perfectly for a very small cost adjustment. The only issue we saw a couple days after everything was done was that one of the white trim pieces underneath a wall cove was hit with the wall color a few times. But that was a very minor detail overshadowed by the rest of the project going so well.

The results were excellent and the spray finish on the newly installed bare wood surfaces was perfect. I am very happy with the end results in all three rooms and particularly with the results of the wainscoting. The crew was very timely and courteous along the way. I would highly recommend this company to anyone and plan to use them again in the near future.

It went fantastic. They were very professional, prompt, clean and respectful. They did the job that they said they would do in the amount of time they would do it. They were fabulous. Their price is fair and competitive.

I scheduled an appointment with No Name Painters for an estimate the day before Thanksgiving. We needed the ceiling and stairwell to our basement painted as well as the landing area to the outside deck. The ceiling was very high and there was no way we could maneuver a ladder on the landing in order to paint this area. This was right in the middle of a remodel and our contractor didn't want to do the work. No Name Painters said it wouldn't be a problem and gave us a very reasonable price. We were able to schedule for 3 days later -the Saturday after Thanksgiving when the contractor wouldn't be in the house so he wouldn't be in the way. It was perfect timing. The painter came on time, worked efficiently and was very neat. He was like a circus performer and was able to get into the corners and did an excellent job. We had new carpeting and lighting in the stairwell and new flooring adjacent to the area. Not a speck of paint. I would definitely use them again.

No Name Painters were excellent from start to finish. They gave me a fair quote and stuck to the price even though the wall paper removal took longer than anticipated. The finished product is beautiful. The two painters were efficient, friendly and professional. I need another job completed and wouldn't think of calling anyone else!

Very professional company and great to do business with. One of the best painters I've experienced. Estimate was thorough and detailed. Repaired as much as possible the shoddy work performed by the previous painters. Scraped old paint to wood, as promised, primed and painted with quality paint of my choice. The house looks great and would highly recommend this business for your next painting project.

They did a great job. They covered everything including the stairs with a drop cloth. They did a great job cleaning up afterwards. Put all furnitue back and vacumned. It took three days and they worked a full 8 hours.

Overall they did a great job. There was some confusion with a paint color. We choose Mineral Deposit (which did happen to be gray in color) but received Mineral Gray (which is more of a blueish purple) in our kitchen. On the plus side we loved the color, though it is never one we would have chosen. After a couple clarification phone calls they did apologize and discounted our invoice promptly. They also did a great job on touch-ups where a noticeable brush bristle was left on the fireplace. I would definitely recommend them I just wish they had a better way of recording color choices
