Exactly as planned, They said work would start at 7:30am and they were here at 7:30 am. They went over plans of my choosing and made it happen with some very good and experienced suggestions. They explained the process from start to finish and I am pleased with the work completed to the fullest extent. I would suggest others to hire this company with the experience I had. A+

Many delays. Poor to no communication from contractor. Lawn also was tor up from machinery, but was fixed. Sketch/measurements of pavilion provided before concrete poured. After pavilion arrived, it was determined that the 10x10 pavilion would not fit on the original slab. Owner denies any wrong doing and excepts no responsibility for not insuring that the 10x10 pavilion would fit as promised. Owner was wiling to extend slab at almost same cost as original slab. This is price gouging in my opinion.

He had the best price of the quotes I received but I was disappointed in the final finish. They could finish the final product better or make sure that the customer is aware of some of the shortfalls of their finishing.

They wanted $2,500 for a stoop. They did not charge anything for the quote. The estimate was fine, they emailed it, it was just way out of my price range. They sent a proposal back when they said they would so that was good. I had limited interaction. Everything was very formal.

Dominic and his crew were fantastic. Dominic kept me informed of timing at every stage, and was thorough in his explanations both during estimate and construction. His crew was very considerate of my property and that of my neighbor. They even fixed a small portion of my patio so that it lined up with my driveway, avoiding a tripping hazard. The work was not inexpensive, but the high quality was evident. Highly recommend.

I didn't realize how much work putting in a driveway was but they made it looks easy. Dominic is awesome to work with and made the process a breeze. I would highly recommend them!!

Dominic was very responsive to my request for a quotation for our work. Based on talking to him, we adjusted some of the specs, and the updated quote came quickly as well. When he quoted the job at the end of May, he told us he was scheduling in August. We paid our deposit. He instructed us how to get the village permits, etc. that were required, so that we could save the money of having him do that on our behalf. That went smoothly. Due to rain, the work was done a week after originally planned. The first day, they removed the old concrete and asphalt. The second day, they poured the asphalt. The third day, they poured the concrete. Each day, the work crew was very professional and left the property cleaned up and well marked with tape and saw horses, to keep people in the neighborhood safe. Both my husband and I were very impressed with how well the many people on the teams worked together. The final product is very nice, and we felt happy to have worked with this company.

Great! The wall is straight, strong and good looking. The LaMantia crew was courteous, careful and conscientious. It turned out better than I could have imagined. They are very professional.

The work was excellent and worth the cost. This is a professional company. It should be noted that they are in demand and it might take a bit of time for them to get to your job, but it is worth the wait. I know I paid a bit more for this service, but it was worth every penny. I was impressed with their attention to detail and making certain that I was getting what I wanted. This really is an outstanding company!

Dominic and his crew were fantastic throughout the entire process. He offered a competitive initial quote, and requoted a couple of details of the job before construction started. His pricing was a little bit higher than two other quotes that we had received, but you get what you pay for, and we are satisfied with the value. The job took two days; first day for tearout and adding the stone base, and second day for laying asphalt. Dominic does a two-layer asphalt system, which is much better than a single-layer in terms of strength and durability. All edges were finished at 45° angle, and the jobsite looked fantastic after the crew left; no trash or landscape waste was left behind. The crew was fast, efficient, and very neat. In fact, ride by his place of business on Williams Street, and you will see how well kept it is; neat office, lot, and clean vehicles/equipment. It speaks volumes on how the business is run. Nothing but good things to say about La Mantia Enterprises. We are having them out to our home again in the spring to quote some landscaping work. Dominic takes great pride in his business, and it shows!

Driveway was a good job, sill looks good, just that they could have put the slope away from the house more. Garage floor has held up. Due to sloping requirements to drain out water , patio was a challenge and developed a long crack. They in good faith came back and re-did the job, but the crack redeveloped but not as long. I don't mind since this was a challenge with the slope requirement. They put in re-bar per my request the second time. Domnick the owner is a good guy to deal with.

La Mantia was great to work with. They met with us multiple times before the project, as well as during. They are so easy to work with and have great ideas to help you along the way. We will use them again in the future, as they are a very trust worthy company who takes pride that their work is done properly and looks good too!

I used the message service at Angie's List. La Mantia sent a message the day after my request asking for my address and email address to provide the estimate, which I responded to. After that, I never heard from them.

We asked them to get back to us to re-affirm the quote and they never got back to us.

What I thought was supposed to be a full week job was completed in two days. I was totally surprised. A couple weeks later they came back out to resurface the concrete around the pillars once they were dropped back into place by another contractor. Very nice people to deal with and I would highly recommend Domonic and his entire crew. They ensured that all areas were cleaned after they were done working and even placed in additional dirt and seed in areas where the concrete moldings were placed. I was pleasantly surprised with their communication skills, quotes, and timeline. I would highly recommend this outfit and this is coming from a very particular person who has dealt, personally and professionally, with many contractors and trades over the years.

Great job. He was prompt at 7 A.M. with an eight man crew. They did everything in a day and Half and did a great job of cleaning up after the job. I will certainly use them again and can highly recommend them.

The La Mantia workers were on time, worked efficiently, performed the job in a short time frame per the contracted agreement. Due to unusually wet weather the job was delayed from the originally planned start date. Dominic La Mantia kept me well informed about the schedule. Once the job began, the crew conducted themselves in a professional manner. I observed the whole process and thought the crew was highly skilled and efficient. They handled the all heavy equipment and material with skill and safety. The new driveway looks good. In the following week we have had rain several times. There is no evidence of any dips in the pavement. The pitch of the drive allows for efficient water run off. Time and weather will provide the ultimate evaluation of this work. But for now we are completely satisfied with the job, professionalism of the workmen, and the contracted price.
