Kevin is not an honest person. He owes me a lot of money as well as a lot of other suppliers. He has short paid on a number of jobs and promised payment on the next job but it never happened. I filed a successful judgment against Kevin only to find out that he changed his corporate name so I have no recourse. His reputation in the Hinsdale area is bad so he's moved to other markets hoping to find new people to scam. Do not build with this person or any company that he's associated with.

Had a horrible experience with this builder. He was a nightmare to work with throughout the process. Completely unresponsive at times, closing delays for several months, etc. Unethical and doesn't keep his word. No items on punch list were addressed after closing on a luxury home. 3 subcontractors have contacted us post closing to try to collect payments that the builder failed to make. Builder tried to extort several thousand dollars from us post-closing for up charges, despite that fact that all agreed upon amounts were in writing. He takes on "investors" who actually own the home and then contracts with them to build the house as a way to avoid liability and scam the buyers. Buyer beware!
