 + -1 moreIt went smoothly from start to finish. Jan was helpful with suggestions as we cleaned and readied the condo to be shown. She made sure the property was available to prospective buyers. Jan sent us the feedback from each viewing. She helped us to price it realistically so that we had a contract in less than 2 weeks. She stayed in touch as we waited for the closing and notified us when the closing was finished. Very professional, yet shows how much she cares.
Description of Work: We listed our condominium for sale with Jan and her company, Coldwell Banker.
