+ -1 moreWe're getting estimates right now for a new roof as there are just too many problems with the existing one. It appears Hampton Builders cut every corner they could when installing our roof. We've had leaks around pipe vents, leaks around the edge of our porch roof, leaks under the air vent, leaks when the snow starts meling, and they did not even install ice shields.
Description of Work: I don't know actual cost of roof, I entered my best guess number under approx money spent. This is the roofer my builder used when my house was built 8 years ago. Since that time we have had repeated leaks in multiple locations in our roof. We are finally caving in and having the roof replaced. When we had our first leak about a year after we bought the house, he came out and caulked around a vent pipe and left a bill for repairs. It started leaking again in less than a year....
