Joe oversaw a complete remodel of our house inside and out. His crew performed the new siding and roofing. It is beautiful! He is truly an artisan when it comes to the siding installation. He pays attention to every little detail. His crews are awesome and friendly. His pricing is very reasonable. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

The owner, Joe Drew, and his staff did an excellent job from start to finish. Our new roof was installed in one day and the clean up was outstanding. The project is ongoing but GreenLight is working with my insurance company to make sure we bring the house back to pre-storm condition.

He explained the issues and we scheduled another meeting with him and the company owner. Together they presented an estimate for replacing the roof, explaining that the company often worked with our insurance carrier, States Farm and they were a preferred provider. They stated that their opinion was, it was reasonable to expect the company to cover most or all of the cost of replacing our twenty year old roof. I was skeptical, but a representative of the company was present at the time of the inspection by the insurance agent and indeed the estimate was approved in entirety. (They also included replacement of our gutters in the estimate which were also covered by the insurance company). Our cost was the deductible, and an upgrade to a longer lasting roof shingle with a higher rating , which we paid, and which is expected to reduce somewhat our insurance payments.

The quality of Greenlight's work was exceptional. The three jobs I hired this company to perform for were all completed in a timely manner. Joe and his crew are very professional.

Greenlight removed and replaced the existing roof. They were VERY good at communication. Spring weather made it difficult to plan but they were very good about keeping me informed on timing and process. Completed professionally and in a timely manner. I would hire again.

Received a cold call from Green Light after a bad storm talking about hail damage and asking to give us an estimate. My wife agreed and scheduled an appointment. To start, salesperson Cory Clifford arrived late. Upon arrival I explained I was not very concerned about the hail damage but did have a flat overhang that needed to be replaced. Cory gave me a binder of referrals, insurance, ratings, etc. to review. He kept telling me about how this is a family company, A rated, extremely professional and on and on. I explained to him that I had many other roofing companies out in the past for the flat portion and not one said they could fix it. He then proceeded to tell me that those companies could have fixed it, they just didn't want to. He said that's what makes us different and why we have such good ratings. He went on the roof, gathered his info, told me there was minor hail damage but I was right that the flat part needed replacement. He said he took pictures, measurements and everything he needed to get me an estimate. He told me I would have it by the end of the day. Well....that was 3 weeks ago! I have heard nothing from them. I find it completely unacceptable and unprofessional especially after promising a time-frame and preaching to me about how different they are, professional, family oriented, excellent ratings, etc. I found this place to be the worst of all. At least the rest had the decency to tell me up front that they could not fix it. This place lied, made promises and then completely ignored us. They are obviously just storm chasers looking to make a fast buck by replacing so called "damaged" roofs that they can get your insurance to pay for. Would not recommend for any reason, far better options are available. Beware!

From what I can recall, it went fine. There was no additional cost over the Big Deal purchase. I may use them again. I can't remember, it's been so long. They were supposed to give me an estimate on my roof, but they never did.

He was very good. We like them very much and they are coming back to do something else for us. They did a good job. I wasn't here when they actually did everything but I got what they said they would do, they gave you a very detailed report of what they were willing to do and what they would be replacing and what they will be taking out and what they would be putting in, they are clear it was a three page thing telling everything that they would do.

We were very pleased with the overall experience with Greenlight. Joe Drew works with you on what is the right material and color for the house. The crew on site worked long hours each day to finish the job despite numerous rain delays. Joe was out several times during the process to check on process and quality. Our only negative comment would be that the foreman wouldn't give you much notice as to when they were coming. He'd call the night before to say they were coming in the morning. Minor compared to the quality of work done.

Waited 1 week to get a call. Set up an appt. No one showed up or called and my credit card has been charged $99.00.

My husband and I worked with Joseph T Drew in GreenLight Construction Group. He really went above and beyond our expectation. He's very professional and knowledgeable about what he's doing. Working with him, you can tell that he has been done this for a really long time and very trustworthy. He helped us to save money, meanwhile gave us the best quality of work. Before choosing to work with him, we consulted at least four other roofers, so we know the average price of replacing our roof. What GreenLight quoted us was very reasonable and even cheaper than others. Joe also worked with our adjuster, he helped us saving huge amount of money by teaching us how to talk with our insurance company step by step. That was extremely helpful for us especially because both my husband and I are from China and first language is not English. In a totally different country and not knowing a lot people in Great Chicago area, it was very heartwarming to have a person like Joe who's very passionate about what he's doing, responsible, care and helping us as a friend. We really appreciate the work GreenLight did for us, and very thankful about them caring their customers like their friends. They finished the work for us yesterday, and it looks fabulous. According to our experience, we highly recommend GreenLight Construction Group, especially Joseph, to anyone who need construction in their house.

Excellent. From start to finish, Joe and his company/crew were prompt, upfront, detailed, and professional. Joe provided photos and videos of problems, both old and future, and explained what needed to be addressed. We were lucky and work was scheduled less than 24 hours after we placed the deposit. Crews were on time, efficient, and extremely professional. Highly recommend.

It was a wonderful experience working with Greenlight Construction. They worked with the insurance company and they help me through the whole process. I had picked out the colors for the siding and my husband was not happy with my choice and Greenlight was so accommodating they switch out my choice for what my husband wanted. When they were done with the work they can cleaned up so well not even a nail was left. My garage is so beautiful now and Greenlight Construction is responsible. Very professional and I would like to give a shout out to Erica from Greenlight she went above and beyond the call of duty.
