We were more than pleased with the professionalism and customer service that we received from this company. Our representative, Darius, was pleasant, very knowledgeable, and followed through with everything that was promised to us with the utmost professionalism. Except for some weather-related delays, the crews arrived and finished the job on time. They also cleaned the property very well before they left each visit. We would highly recommend this company to anyone needing exterior work and wouldn't think twice about calling them back when we need more work in the future.

From start to finish our experience with this companies' Indianapolis branch was smooth and efficient. Our original contact person Ben(jamin) Pendrick took control of the process and served as point of contact from start to finish. He was available by phone and email at all times and if messages were left his replies were always timely. Ben worked with the USAA adjuster in developing a detailed estimate of damage to be repaired, worked with the crew and crew chief during actual roof replacement, and worked with the painter Daniel during the indoor portion of the work. Ben was always available to discuss work schedules, the payment process, and any other concern we had concerning interaction with our insurance company or with the workers. We especially liked having one person to contact with questions, concerns, etc. and having that person take responsibility for the entire process. We have recommended this company in general and Ben in particular to neighbors who were concerned that hail might have damaged their roofs. In addition to our satisfaction with Ben's attention to detail we will add the comment that Daniel is one heck of a painter. He performed the work so quickly it caused us to run up stairs to ensure that he had done what was supposed to be done and indeed he had. Finally this company provides a warranty for any defects in its work and a discount for making an Angie's List comment regarding how well its employees performed. This discount is given whether or not the comment is good or bad. Obviously this company has confidence in the performance of its employees/contractors.

Joe explained exactly how each step would go. Joe met with my adjuster and took it from there. After receiving the first check we scheduled the roof instalation. Two days before we were told the color we picked was discontinued. Was able to get online a choose another color. This was easy to do, but wasnt able to see the actual color in person this way. Installation day went good. Was informed of three more ply sheets that was bad. The supervisor went and picked up three more sheets. I felt they cared enough to do this without discussing dollar amount. (we did agree that Greenlight and I would work out the price later) Job and clean up was done as agreed.

Jake came out to meet with the adjuster to get some siding payed for. That adjuster payed for our entire roof (8 units of townhomes): shingles, soft metals, and a bit of painting. Jake completely exceeded any and all expectation we had for him. Our townhouses look brand new! I would recommend using Jake and GreenLight Construction Group to anyone I know, and they'll be the first people I call if anything else happens due to storms (hail and wind).

The service was excellent, so was the quality of work.Work done on time as budgeted, they were very responsive, I would encourage anyone to use them.
