I was more impressed with their salesmanship in the store. I felt their prices are competitive. The appliances were delivered in a timely manner. It took the two technicians about 15 minutes to install everything. The deliver was not as satisfactory and I could tell the employees did not want to be there.

The delivery people did call at 6 am the next day, advising us the dishwasher would be delivered between 9 am - noon. They arrived at 9:30 am. Unfortunately, the installer could not turn off the kitchen water supply shutoff valve. It was severely corroded and had seized. He recommended that we use Grant's customer installers, who would replace the shut off valve for an additional estimated $50.00. I okayed the recommendation, and he relayed the request to the custom installation group. He advised me that their first availability would be Friday, April 15th. That was fine with me. On April 14th, Grant's called to verify that the custom installation group would install the dishwasher, and that they would call on Friday, April 15th at 7 am to schedule a service window. On April 15th, the custom installation group called at 7:15 am and advised us they would be there between 8 am and noon. The 2-man custom installation crew arrived at approximately 8:45 am. They replaced the seized shut off valve, removed the old unit, and installed the new unit. They were very professional, and I appreciate the care they took with installing the new unit make sure it was level and did not wobble. They charged an additional $50.00 for replacing the shut off valve. I recommend Grant's. The sales person was informative and helpful, the company kept us informed of their progress, they lived up to their promises and cost of service, and both installation crews were professional.

Went well. No problems

The unit came damaged. Which was not noticed untill after the install. The inside of the unit was dirty like it was sitting out in a field. The installers were very poor and they damaged the unit further. They left with the water hose kinked so water could not get to the unit. They also left a huge mess in the kitchen. I am in the process of returning the unit. I spoke to the sales rep and he seems very concerned about it and seems to want to make it right.
