Description of Work: Didn't get past the phone call to set up for an estimate. They insisted that my husband be here at the same time. I told them that wouldn't be possible since he works out of state and wouldn't be back for a while. They said they couldn't do the free estimate without him. I told them that I have no interest in dealing with a company that has this kind of policy. I've had three other waterproofing companies come out and give me an estimate with me being the only one here. Apparently they don't need the business or as I suspect they have such a high pressure sales pitch that there's no way we would want to make a decision even if we both were here.

Description of Work: WE SCHEDULED A 6PM APPT FOR AN ESTIMATE. I LEFT WORK EARLY TO GET HOME FOR IT...6PM CAME AND WENT WITH NO ONE SHOWING UP. I CALLED THE COMPANY AND THEY CLAIMED SOMEONE HAD TRIED TO CALL US THE DAY BEFORE TO CANCEL (BUT WE RECEIVED NO CALLS OR MESSAGES ON WORK OR HOME PHONES). SAID THEY WEREN''T DOING MUCH WORK IN OUR AREA THAT WEEK, SO WOULD I BE INTERESTED IN RESCHEDULING FOR AN APPT IN THE NEXT WEEK OR TWO. I SAID NO, SINCE I WAS FED UP WITH A SECOND NO-SHOW ON BASEMENT WATERPROOFING EFFORTS.

 + -1 moreTHIS WAS A LARGE JOB, BUT FINALLY AFTER 40 YEARS THE BASEMENT IS DRY.
Description of Work: DUG DOWN ON OUTSIDE OF FOUNDATION AND SEALED ALL CRACKS. ALSO DUG DOWN ABOUT 3 FEET ALL AROUND, SEALED WALLS AND ADDED DRAINAGE. ON INSIDE, ADDED DRAINAGE TILE AROUND WALLS AND ADDED SECOND SUMP PUMP.
