This is the second claim that Sean has handled for me. Not a whole lot to say. Everything went as smoothly as possible. This, like the insurance claim, is the second roof Sean and DuPage have built for me. This was at my second property in Naperville, in Ashbury. The roof looks beautiful.

We recently worked with Dupage Construction after a hail storm damaged our roof. Paul was wonderful to work with, he was extremely knowledgeable, professional and transparent. He took the time to get to know us and worked through the process with us. He made the process very easy and was quick to respond to our many questions! Having never been through this process, Paul was thorough with his explanation making sure we understood. He handled all of the communication between our insurance carrier and the construction company. It took less than a few weeks from the start of the process to our roof being finished. Paul went out of his way to ensure we were kept up to date and happy with the services we received!!

A neighbor down the block referred me to Sean at DuPage Adjusters. Sean came out and inspected my roof in Wooddale. He then presented to me photos of the damage to the shingles that he had found--damage I wouldn't have been able to identify myself. He represented me in my claim with my insurance company--handled all of the phone calls and the paperwork--and met the insurance adjuster onsite to go over all of the damages that should have been (and ultimately were) covered by my insurance policy. I ended up with a new roof and am very satisfied with the services provided by DuPage Adjusters. Sean was polite, professional and was able to guide me through this complicated and frustrating process. I'll be recommending him and DuPage Adjusters to my neighbors. After Sean from DuPage Adjusters came out and secured the funds for my roofing project, DuPage Construction completed the work. I received upgraded shingles and the work was done in a timely (a single day), clean and efficient manner. There were some delays to the start of the project due to the weather but there were always communicated to me. My new roof looks great, everything was brought up to code and most importantly, to me, there have been absolutely no leaks over this winter. I am very happy.

DuPage Adjusters did an outstanding job on my roof. Their salesman, Paul Larson, was professional, knowledgeable, and not pushy. He gave me all me all the information needed to make an informed decision to go with them. He also gave me a list of homes that I could go see near by, that his company had finished. I contacted Paul (630-640-7892) who left a flyer on my door regarding free roof inspections. I had him come out to assess if I could qualify to have the insurance replace the roof due to storm damage. He determined I could qualify and worked with State Farm throughout the whole process to approve the roof replacement. He was also able to complete the full roof replacement project. I would highly recommend. Roof was completed in less than 3 weeks from calling Paul to completion.

From first contact with them to the installation of the roof, the entire process was extremely easy and quick. I was worried about some storm damage we had to our roof and didn’t know who to call. A neighbor recommended this company and Paul came the same evening that I called. He is extremely knowledgeable and has a lot of experience dealing with insurance companies. The company representative Paul stopped by unexpected after noticing our beaten up roof. He dealt with our insurance company, got approval and scheduled work in about 1 week!. The variety of shingels they offered was really big, something for any taste. They gave us addresses of recently done homes to check how their products look installed, The workers did an excellent job, cleaned up nicely after. I cannot thank them enough.

We contacted Paul, he helped us file the claim and worked with our insurance companie (erie). We got the roof replaced and paid only our desuctable. Everything was done in less than a month, it was easy to communicate. Very pleased with their work

Our roof had both wind and hail damage from previous years and we have been trying to find someone to help us out with replacement. After several unsuccessful attempts using services who had knocked on our door, we contacted DuPage Adjusters based upon a recommendation from a co-worker. On first contact, Paul was very responsive and helpful in guiding us about what needed to be done. After the latest round of storms rolled through, we contacted Paul and he took it from there. DuPage adjusters contacted our Homeowners Insurance, filed the claim, set up the inspection and was there to answer all questions. After the inspector finished, Paul took care of everything. He followed through with the adjustors to ensure that all items needing to be replaced were accounted for and got the right payoff required for the job. Once the claim was processed, Paul brought out the samples to allow us to choose the color for our roof. Work was done professionally and handled to ensure minimum impact on our property as the work was performed. Post job activities were cleaned up and removed. We could not be happier with the outcome. We got the new roof that we needed and DuPage Adjusters ensured that we had no hassles or worriers throughout the process. We would not hesitate to recommend DuPage Adjusters for your storm damage restoration project. He people are first rate and they put you, the client first.

Extremely positive experience working with their insurance adjuster Paul. He is one of the most responsive and thorough contractors I have ever worked with patiently answering all my questions in great detail. He advocated very vigorously with the insurance company to maximize our benefit always conducting himself in a professional manner. I definitely recommend working with Paul if you want to get the most from your insurance coverage.

I ran into Aaron at Home Depot, asked him to give me a quote for a new roof. He stopped by a few days later, walked the roof, explained the problems with my roof, said they could work with my insurance and gave me a quote; 2 weeks later we had a new roof. I could immediately tell the material quality and workmanship was light years above the roof I had which was 18 years old but looked like it was 30. There were no "addons" or gotchas' the price quoted was what I paid, even after they has to replace a lot more sheathing then anticipated. they were great to work with and highly recommend them. I never write reviews so 5 stars!! Great job, thank you guys!

I'm extremely satisfied with the results. Hard-working crew had great respect for my extensive landscaping. Punctual, great clean-up at completion. Used top grade materials. Good follow up. Paul came out promptly and assessed the damage to my roof and within a few days ym roof was replaced completely through my insurance claim. They even replaced my old chimney shroud. Paul was very professional and explained all the steps of the process to me and was very flexible with appointments and meetings...and the actual job was done in one day. I hgihgly recommend Dupage Adjusters for anyone who has suffered storm damage to their home!
