+ -1 moreThey were super helpful throughout the whole process. Jason was my main point of contact and handled my claim. Kyle and Aaron, the production managers, were on the day of the tear-off and installation and answered all my questions right away. They even gave me detailed explanations when I needed them. I would highly recommend their services. They had an amazing overall experience, great customer service, and excellent communication.
Description of Work: Our roof got hit by hail, and we were worried about the damage. Luckily, Jason, who came highly recommended from a coworker, came to our rescue. He confirmed our fears and even went to bat for us with our insurance company. He kept us updated on the claim process, which was a bit of a rollercoaster. Our insurance company was a tough nut to crack, even though 10 of our neighbors also had damage from the same hail storm. But Jason didn’t give up. He finally got the claim approved, and things started looking up. We decided to paint our roof a new color and make some extra repairs to ensure our house was in top shape for the future. We also replaced the soffits and fascia, and made sure all the windows and garage door had proper aluminum wrap. If it hadn’t been for the insurance back-and-forth, this whole process would have been done in 4-8 weeks.

He explained things step by step and was an outstanding communicator. He worked hard with my insurance company on my behalf accomplishing what another adjuster with another company could not. The team was very professional. My home looks amazing and Jason helped me pick the perfect color shingles for my home. I would highly recommend this team.

Construction crew left some debris on the grounds of our house but the construction manager came out the next day to make everything was cleaned to our satisfaction. Roof looks great. Highly recommend.

Paul was great to work with and kept me informed of how the process worked step by step. My new roof turned out great and Paul was also able to get me new gutters and down spouts installed. I wasn’t looking forward to going through the new roof process initially, but working with DuPage Adjusters made it quick and simple. Give them a call.

+ -1 moreI recently had a flier dropped off on my porch. I was skeptical at first but gave the free roof inspection a try. Right from the start, my adjuster, Paul Larson, was extremely professional. After the inspection he showed me what he saw and from there him and his team did all the heavy lifting with the insurance company. They setup the meetings with the adjusters, worked with Ins, setup the roof/gutter replacement, which was done in one day (roof and gutter on separate days). Paul and his team made this whole process extremely stress free and easy. I didn't have to do anything besides be in contact with Paul. They were able to get Insurance to cover my entire roof placement. I would highly recommend this company/team!

+ 0 moreOur area was hit by a severe storm that caused extensive damage to our house and garage. The initial company we used to assist with our claim could only manage to get my roof covered. We were highly disappointed. Jason Goings from Dupage Adjusters discussed how the claim process works and how they will work diligently on our behalf to fulfill our claim with our insurance company. He was totally right. Jason was able to resolve any and all disputes to cover the siding and gutters on both garage and tri-level house. Jason worked with the Production Manager and his highly skilled team to transform the beauty back to our property. You really do need the help of a competent Public Adjuster when it comes to your insurance claim and we highly recommend Jason Goings at Dupage Adjusters in Downers Grove.

+ -1 moreA no stress roofing experience. Was given an detailed itemized work order of materials and cost. This was adjustable per my desires. Scheduling was only a week or two out. The Job was done in one day. The latest shingle technology was used, no worry about 10yr old shingles from a warehouse somewhere. Laid out tarps and all scrap was collected, so far no nails found anywhere. They even removed and put back on my TV Dish, although I had to do some re-aligning myself. Good Job Guys!
