Worst cleaning I have EVER had! I requested a deep clean due to the fact that we were moving into a place that had been previously rented by another family. I moved the appliances out away from the wall and specifically requested that attention be paid to cleaning behind the appliances. The agreed time frame for the deep cleaning was 5 hours which should have been more than enough time to adequately clean a house with no furniture or personal belongings in it. I was terribly disappointed with the final results of my cleaning which I immediately emailed and called the company to discuss. I was so disappointed that I took pictures as proof. A garbage bag with garbage in it was left on my kitchen counter, the floor behind the appliances wasn't touched, there was grime and dirt that remained on the floor and light switches, a mop which didn't belong to me was left wet on the carpet in the closet and floor covering we purchased to protect the floors after the cleaning was complete was thrown in our garage haphazardly. The craziest part of my experience was that they actually expected me to pay for this!! Insanity!!

The clean was amazing Katie and Rosina really took care of everything. My husband had surgery and was coming home and we needed the house to be sanitized top to bottom. They were able to fit in an extra clean for us and even have us a generous discount for our family dealing with the illness my husband is going through. They really are a wonderful family operation and I would recommend them to everyone.

I spent the whole week clearing off surfaces to make it easier for the cleaners to do their job. I was really looking forward to a sparkling clean house. I admit that the house was pretty grimy, but I don't understand why so little was done in the time they were there. I scheduled a 4 hour clean ( Two people for two hours) with a gift certificate I had. I explained that the house was pretty dirty and i needed it cleaned for a party. I also said the office was low priority, only to be done if there was time. The woman I spoke to said 4 hours should be fine and they were call me if they needed more time. Midway through the clean the company called and said they needed more time. I agreed, since I knew the house was bad and I really wanted it done. When I arrived home the cleaning people were still there but they were wrapping up "because they weren't supposed to work past 5". I don't know what time they arrived at my home, so I can only assume that 5 was when the extra time ended? I was surprised, because when I arrived the woman told me they "thoroughly" cleaned the two bedrooms upstairs, as well as the (very small) bathroom and the kitchen. However, they didn't have time to even touch the guest bedroom, and only did the floors in the living room and office. I have a very small house. Even with how dirty it was, I don't see why so much was undone. In the bedrooms that were "thoroughly" cleaned, there were still cobwebs in the corners and along the ceiling. Also, while they dusted the visible underside of the fan blades, there was still a quarter inch of dust on top of them! I mentioned this to the woman, but she made no comment about it. The bathroom and kitchen looked great, but why wouldn't they have time to at least dust the living room? This has been my only experience with a maid service, and perhaps I expected too much, but I was disappointed with all that was left undone. I still had to clean the living room/foyer/guest bedroom myself for the party the next day, and the whole point of hiring the service was to avoid that. I would have preferred they prioritized the public areas of the house, and I think they could have done a better job cleaning the areas they did clean, especially after asking for extra time!

What an amazing service! We have had MaidPro for 3 years now and we are SOOO Happy with our service. Every other week on Weds is my favorite day!

The 2 girls that arrived were punctual, but the house was filthy and filled with dust and cob webs everywhere. We just purchased the house and the whole purpose of the cleaning was to get a deep scrub, dusting, and clean inside of drawers and cabinets before we moved in the next day!!!! I dont think they opened the drawers and we have pictures to prove it! Very disappointing and I expected more!!!

They have multiple offices in the Chicago area. The experience usually goes well; I continue to use them and think they are good. They have two people that come out and they have a checklist that they go over. If you have any issues you can always address it to them or to their manager. They are very accommodating about changing appointment times if you need a little flexibility. I'm sure you can find some cheaper labor somewhere but they probably don't give their employees insurance and all that; they are all covered.

They did an ok job. They said it would take 4.5 hours to clean and they were only her for 4 hours but charged me for 4.5.

Maid Pro is wonderful to work with. Their personnel is always professional and friendly. Maureen will always try to fit a cleaning on the schedule in an emergency. I would definitely use them again.

Clean-wise, they did a great job. They were a little on the higher end, cost-wise which is why I used them for probably a few months but ended up using after them a little bit of a lower cost solution but they really had good customer service. They really did a nice job on the cleaning side. They were just a little bit more expensive than the ones I have looked in the past.

First I called to schedule the appointment, talking with them, expressly telling them that this was a final clean for my final walk through with my landlord the following day. They asked me if I needed the oven cleaned, I said yes and agreed to an extra charge. They asked if I needed the fridge cleaned, I said yes and agreed to an extra charge. They asked about the size of the kitchen and I told them the number of cabinets and that they were about a year old. They said they would clean the inside and out of cabinets and if additional time was needed for this purpose they would call for approval. I was told they would do the windows, floors, base boards, ceiling fans, light fixtures and all surfaces in the bathroom. I only asked them not to clean the bedrooms, as I had already done those windows and had a carpet cleaning scheduled the same day. I asked them to start in the upstairs bath and to take care of the hallway ceiling fan first, as the carpet cleaners would arrive about and hour after them. All was agreed and I was quoted $180 for the service, they stated it would take about 4 hours.On the day of the cleaning I was at work and arranged for my daughter to be there to let them in at 9:00, she also waited for the carpet cleaners to arrive at 10:30. I talked with my daughter at about 10:45 she said they had completed the upstairs and downstairs bath and they looked nice. Also, carpet cleaning had started. She then left them to finish, as the house was empty we felt there was no need for her to manage the cleaner. At about 11:00, I received a call from the Maidpro office manager. She stated that the maid needed extra time to go back over the bathrooms. I told her that my daughter said they had finished the bathrooms and they look nice. I did not feel she should need extra time. I did not authorize extra time! I did not hear from them again.My husband called me at work at about 6:00 pm asking if the maid was coming back? I was confused, he went on to tell me that the job was incomplete! I told him I would be there soon and take a look for myself. When I arrived I found, the living room had not been touched! Not even swept! Looking around further, I also found the hallway ceiling fan was not cleaned, and in the kitchen the freezer was not cleaned, the windows had not been cleaned, the light fixture not cleaned, the vents not dusted and the broiler part of the oven also not touched. I will say the bathrooms did look nice and the work in the kitchen that was completed was ok, the maid did clean the kitchen ceiling fan.I immediately called the office manager, she listened and said she would talk with the maid and call me back. When she called back she apologized and added that they never clean freezers or broilers. Which they should have told me when I scheduled the clean. She also told me the windows would have been and extra charge, even though the scheduler said it was included. Then she told me they would come and finish on Monday. I told her that would not work as our final walk through was on Sunday, again they knew this from the very start. After much discussion she told me they would reduce my bill $40. I agreed and went on to spend my Saturday night finishing the job they did not complete.You would think that would be the end of this story, but it is not! On Monday, I checked my charge account they had charged me the entire amount! Upon calling the office manager, she told me they took off the extra time the maid needed to finish! First, I did not authorize any extra time and second they never finished! Skipping one whole room and not completing the kitchen or hallway fan. She said there was nothing further she could do. I said she needed to take this matter to her manager/owner she agreed she would, and said she would call me the next day. The following day I did receive a phone call and they allowed me a $20 credit. I do not feel this was enough. If they would have given me the original $40 promised and not pretended that I had received extra time I would have been happy. I feel they took advantage of the fact that we did not stay at the house and watch their every move. Not completing so much of the job and then saying they spent extra time! Ridiculous!

Great job, Kate and Julie arrived on time for the 1st visit. We ran through a checklist of items to clean. Both very professional, quiet, and efficient. Kate retuned alone for 2nd visit and did an excellent job once again. Maid pro supplied all cleaning agents and equipment.

They did a fine job. The estimate that they gave me was a little low.

The work is excellent. They always call to remind us that the cleaning is coming up and on what day it is. There’s always a follow up call asking how the cleaning was. They are just extremely friendly and very helpful. If we have to change a schedule or have something special done, they go out of their way to do whatever they can. We will use their services again in the future.

The job went fine. We have them over every 2 weeks. They are not the cheapest, but you get value for money.
