Description of Work: I had a slight issue with the gutter downspout. Called him several times for him to check if it was clogged or if it was workmanship. Responded one time but never came out and does not return any of my phone calls. Wound up just being a clogged gutter but unprofessional of him not to at least call me back. I had a gutter cleaner verify.

Description of Work: I contacted Dave's Seamless Gutters based on his high ratings and close proximity to my home. My project was small; take down an old gutter and replace with a new one plus add a downspout. I was having landscaping done and wanted the new gutter for drainage purposes. Dave returned my call promptly and seemed enthusiastic and willing. After 3 weeks of not hearing from him, I called back. He stated he had not been feeling well but again promised to stop at my home for a look-see and estimate. A few days later he did so, placing a blank "estimate" in my mailbox and promising to call back with the price. I never heard from him again.
