Once we agreed on a plan for the installation of handrails, posts, and spindles, it took about 3-4 weeks for the materials to arrive and then less than one week for the installation and it was done in one day. The installer was prompt, courteous and professional.

+ -1 moreI had put down a down payment with this company for work on a staircase when renovating my new house. A plan of work was agreed to at the price of $3,771.00. I put down a down payment of $2,451.00, then Creative Stairs decided to change the project. This was, to be fair, due to code considerations. But it would change the look of the staircase in an undesirable way. I did not want the work done considering the changes and requested my money back. That was two years ago and I still have not received my money back. They had done no work whatsoever on the project. Numerous attempts to get refunded has resulted in nothing more than a lot of ignored phone calls and letters. Proceed at your own risk.
Description of Work: Staircase redesign and refurbishing.
