Called 10AM -- Bryan came out by 2PM. Diagnosed misaligned light. Aligned and cleaned all the lights, lubricated all door parts, door working fine. Very friendly, courteous service on a cold winter day! Recommend highly.

Bryan was great. I called him at 6:30 AM he called back in less than 30 minutes told me how to get my cars out of the garage with the broken spring then came by later in the day to fix the door. Great guy great service

One of the springs on our double garage door broke, leaving the door in-operable. I called Bryan early today, he was already on another job. Told me he would be able to stop by today, but not until later. The timing worked with my schedule, as I also had a morning appointment! Bryan replaced the springs, made sure everything was working correctly. Noticed a bent roller, replaced that for us too. Also gave me some simple maintenance instructions, things I can do to maintain my door in good working order.

Bryan replied quickly and promptly after our initial contact and request for info. He did the same when we asked for color samples and info. Upon our request to provide service, he set .. and met the time and date for the work, showing-up exactly as promised. He worked quickly and efficiently. He also made sure we were completely happy prior to his leaving the property.

Bryan is awesome! First off, I called around 8:00 pm in the evening and Bryan answered his phone. I had already called two other places and left a message that it was an emergency and two days later they still have not called me back. Bryan was very professional, quickly diagnosed the problem, and completed the repaid in about 15 minutes. He also re-greased the track and all the joints on the door so it is quiter than ever. I can't recommend Bryan enough.

Bryan was very responsive and scheduled an appointment within 2 business days of my initial call. In our first conversation he provided advice on how I could investigate and fix the problem myself, though that was beyond my capabilities it was very helpful. Based on his over-the-phone diagnosis, it sounded like I needed a new opener. However, during his visit he inspected the unit and recommended not replacing the unit (saving $$$). He did provide regular maintenance and showed me exactly what to do. He was very helpful and I would hire him again in an instant.

Bryan responded to my phone call promptly and gave me an estimate for the replacement of a very old garage door. He removed the old door, tracking and springs and installed the new one. During the process, he was careful to make sure there was enough clearance for opening the side door and adjusted the location of the garage door opener for correct operation. He also took the time to show me how and where to lubricate the new door. It looks great and he did a wonderful job!

Bryan responded immediately to my call and set up an appointment at his earliest convenience. He was prompt, very friendly, informative about what he thought should be done and courteous. He quoted a price for his work and despite the fact that this was more work than he anticipated, did not change the price. he is a gem to work with and I would use him again if necessary.

Very professional, came out VERY soon after our call to him. Explained what needed to be fixed, and showed me. Gave price quote based on what needed to be replaced on motor. Adjusted and balanced door and gave other tips to keep the garage door in good working order into the future.

The torsion spring on my garage door broke over the weekend. Bryan came on Monday morning as scheduled and replaced both springs. Took him less than 30 minutes. Very professional and personable.

I could not have asked for better service. Bryan was at my home in less than 24 hours after my original call. He assessed the situation and explained step by step what he would do. He took time to explain how the mechanism of the opener worked and what I could do for preventive maintenance. He scheduled the appointment around my work schedule and came at the exact time he told me he would. He was friendly and professional. He provided a discount on his service. I will call him the next time I have a concern about my garage door. I will recommend him to my neighbors and friends. It is nice to work with and honest and trustworthy craftsman.

I was very satisfied with Bryan's Garage Door. He was very responsive and knowledgeable. I have a very heavy double wide solid wood door that had and required heavy duty springs. He was able to take off the old ones, get off to a spring fabricator and get me repaired within 24 hours.

Returned calls, provided estimate and performed work promptly. This was just a replacement of door panels. Tuned up the existing door hardware and the second door on the garage. Price a little higher than others but the work performed was worth the extra.

Our very old garage door broke over the weekend and was stuck half open. I called Bryan this morning and explained that it is an old door and we didn't want to replace it, just repair if possible. He was as nice as could be on the phone and came over this afternoon. He was able to do the repair and some maintenance on it and the door works better now than it EVER has. He was neat, polite, very professional, timely and thorough! I would recommend him to anyone and will call him if I ever have a garage door issue again!

My experience with this contractor was great. When I called him, it was on the weekend and he told me look, you don't want me coming out on a weekend because it will be too expensive for you. So he walked me through the process on how to use the garage door until he came out. Then he set an appointment for Monday and he was on time. When he came he fixed the springs and also changed a key pad. This guy was fantastic. He was just great. The quality of the springs he put in was of a great quality. He was extremely friendly when he came to us. He gave us some very helpful tips on products to buy to use on the door and practices to implement to keep the garage door from squeaking. He was very helpful and honest and a very down to earth guy. We also want to put him on our homeowners association page because I am sure all of our members will soon be having the same problem as we all have the same garage doors.

When my wife got home the garage door crawled its way up and would not close. A glance showed the cables were loose and the spring unwound. The spring mechanism hand pulled its way out of the header over the door. I called Bryan from work and described my situation. He took my information and said he could make it over the next day. (It was not an emergency.) Since I could not be home he said he could leave the invoice behind. By mid-morning I had a message saying the work was done. It would not have been easier and more convenient. I have used Bryan's service in the past. He is 100% professional, courteous, prompt. The work is top quality. I have no reason to go to anyone else for anything related to my garage door.
