Bryan returned calls promptly, was well versed on the products, and had samples with him when he showed up for the appointment. From the first contact you knew he was professional and the experience was going to be good. When Byran reconnected an existing opener on the single car door he replaced the bracket with a professional grade bracket at no charge. The doors and installation have met our expectations. We would not hesitate to recommend Bryan to family or friends.

Bryan returned my call quickly, arrived when he said he would and had the work on my garage door done in under an hour. His price was very reasonable and he was professional and polite.

We found Bryan to be exceptional in every way. He is a meticulous professional in his work as was demonstrated in the way he presented the garage door options to us (he even walked the neighborhood with me to look at a few doors), performed the work, cleaned every speck of dirt off of the newly hung doors, made the old garage door opener run like new and was just as thrilled as we were with the way the new door looked with the house. We are delighted with Bryan and his work and would confidently and happily recommend him.

Bryan is the BEST!!! I first met him last year when I thought I needed an new garage door opener, and he actually could have sold me one - I was prepared to purchase, instead he did something with the track and it was fine. Bryan is incredibly honest, in fact, it was Bryan who suggested I join Angie's List, since I mentioned the ''issues'' that I usually experience dealing with household repairs. Bryan was at the house when he said he would be, called me at work, my son was to let him in but wasn't answering, told me what the problem was (okay, it was unplugged) and since my son was not waking up to pay him, allowed me to send his check. I cannot say enough great things about Bryan, I only wish he could handle every repair that is ever needed around my house. I am a widow, and it seems that somehow equates to ''target'' when dealing with repair service providers. On both occasions that I have called Bryan he could have charged whatever, but has always been very reasonable.

Bryan installed the original Liftmaster garage door opener and did a great job. When the motor burned out, he responded promptly to my call and worked with Liftmaster to fix the problem. When Liftmaster couldn't find a solution, Bryan installed a whole new opener and did not charge me for the service call. Bryan is a great service provider -- prompt, pleasant and helpful. I strongly recommend him.

Bryan was professional and polite. He completed the work efficiently and did not try to sell me parts I didn't need. He was very reasonably priced compared with other companies I had called. I would recommend him to anyone.

Called Bryan (owner) at 7 a.m. He answered promptly and I explained that I was unable to close and secure my damaged garage door. He arrived at my home at 3 p.m. and had the job finished by 6:45. The door looks beautiful, and our garage and attached hallway are warmer, due to the insulating door and seal. He was professional, honest, knowledgeable, and left a very positive impression. I would recommend his business to anyone, and have already done so.

He came to the house with samples and even called the store to be sure the door we wanted was in stock in the color we chose. He showed up at exactly the appointment time. He was thorough, knowledgeable and very patient with our questions. He did everything he was supposed to do and was polite and friendly besides! I would highly recommend this company to all of my friends. He is very professional and really knows his stuff!

Overall experience was very good. Bryan was very responsive to all calls and questions. He was able to come out for an estimate very quickly, and within a week, the new door was installed. Although there are cheaper garage doors available, through our research we felt that Bryan offered the best quality door for the money.

BRYAN INITIALLY CAME OUT TO INSTALL TWO SPRINGS FOR ONE OF OUR 40 YEAR OLD DOORS. WE ASKED BRYAN ABOUT THE COST OF INSTALLING NEW DOORS. BRYAN HAD SAMPLES OF DOORS AND SEVERAL BROCHURES WITH HIM. HE MADE RECOMMENDATIONS AFTER WE TOLD HIM WHAT WE WERE INTERESTED IN. THE DOORS WE CHOSE WERE ALL STEEL AND INSULATED WITH AN R14 RATING. BRYAN ALSO INSTALLED HEAVY DUTY SPRINGS. BRYAN DID AN EXCELLENT JOB INSTALLING THE DOORS. HE WAS VERY PUNCTUAL. HE CLEANED UP EVERYTHING AFTER THE JOB WAS FINISHED. WE WERE PLEASED WITH BRYAN NOT BEING IN A HURRY AND TAKING THE TIME TO DO A GREAT JOB. WE WOULD UNHESITATINGLY RECOMMEND BRYAN TO FAMILY AND FRIENDS.

I HAVE USED THESE GUYS BEFORE, AND THEY ARE AWESOME. ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC TO DEAL WITH. VERY PROFESSIONAL, WORK HARD, AND VERY INEXPENSIVE.

I CALLED FOR AN ESTIMATE. BECAUSE I LIVE IN A TOWNHOUSE COMMUNITY, THE DOOR NEEDED TO BE FROM A SPECIFIC MANUFACTURER. IT WAS OBVIOUS THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT ONE THEY WANTED TO USE AND THEREFORE THEY WERE NOT INTERESTED IN MY BUSINESS. THE PRICE QUOTED FOR THE DOOR ONLY WAS MORE THAN I PAID FOR THE DOOR AND INSTALLATION FROM ANOTHER COMPANY.

BRYAN WAS VERY RESPONSIVE AND PROMPT. HE WAS FRIENDLY & POLITE.

BRYAN WAS A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH. VERY RESPONSIVE. HE SEEMED VERY SINCERE WITH REGARD TO OUR SATISFACTION. HE WANTED US TO BE VERY PLEASED. ALSO VERY CREATIVE. HE GAVE US THE LOOK OF CARRIAGE HOUSE DOORS, WITHOUT THE CARRIAGE HOUSE PRICE. WOULD RECOMMEND HIM IN A HEARTBEAT.

FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE. CALLED @ 8:30AM -- HE WAS BOOKED WITH APPOINTMENT, BUT SINCE HE WAS RELATIVELY CLOSE HE FIT US INTO HIS MORNING SCHEDULE (WHICH WAS GOOD AS OUR CAR WAS TRAPPED IN THE GARAGE). HE WAS AT OUR HOUSE BY 9:30 WITH THE WORK DONE WITHIN AN HOUR. HE TIGHTENED THE HARDWARE (WHICH MADE A BIG DIFFERENCE IN QUIETING THE ENTIRE DOOR) AND FIXED A BROKEN KEYPAD AFTER WE MENTIONED IT. BOTTOM LINE -- A GREAT EXPERIENCE. WE'LL USE HIM AGAIN WHEN IT COMES TIME TO REPLACE THE DOOR.

BRYAN WORKED WITH US ON THE COST OF THE SERVICE TO BE IN LINE WITH OTHER BIDS WE HAD RECEIVED. HE CALLED US TO SCHEDULE THE INSTALLATION, SHOWED UP ON TIME AND DID AN OUTSTANDING JOB ON ALL THREE DOORS. THE DOORS HAVE MADE A HUGE DIFFERENCE IN THE LOOK AND FEEL OF OUR HOME.

BRYAN ANSWERED HIS OWN PHONE, SHOWED UP WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD, AND COMPLETED THE JOB IN A TIMELY MANNER.

BRYAN CALLED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT THE SAME DAY WE CONTACTED HIM, AND WAS ABLE TO COME AT AN EVENING TIME CONVENIENT TO US. HE WAS EVERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE GARAGE DOORS AND OPENERS HE SELLS AND WAS ABLE TO SHOW US DESIGNS IN OUR PRICE RANGE, THAT FIT WITH THE COLONIAL ARCHITECTURE OF OUR HOUSE. EVEN THOUGH HIS PROMISED DATE FOR RECEIPT OF MATERIALS AND INSTALLATION WAS WITHIN ABOUT TWO WEEKS, HIS FAST ORDERING GOT THE DOORS TO US WITHIN FOUR DAYS. HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL IN INSTALLING THE DOOR AND OPENER, REMOVING OUR OLD, VERY HEAVY DOOR, AND COMING BACK TO BRING A FEW PIECES OF BACK-ORDERED DECORATIVE HARDWARE AND SHOWING US HOW TO PROGRAM THE NEW GARAGE OPENER CODE INTO OUR CAR'S SYSTEM. WOULD DEFINITELY CALL BRYAN AGAIN FOR ANY GARAGE DOOR WORK.
