BRYAN'S GARAGE DOOR SOLUTIONS

I was very pleased and thrilled with the results.

One of our garage door springs broke Saturday evening. Sunday I found Bryan's Garage Door Solutions on Angie's List and called him mid-day Sunday. My car was trapped in the garage and I had to go to work on Monday. Bryan asked the make of my garage door opener. When I told him he gave me instructions on what to do to get the door open so I could get my car out. He asked me to call him back after doing that and we could set an appointment. His instructions worked perfectly. We set the appointment for the following day (Monday). Bryan was on time and promptly did the work. Even though Bryan offers 24 hour and emergency service, he told me that he did not like to have his customers pay extra for emergency service when he could help them get their car out and do the repair during normal working hours. This is great customer service! Bryan will be our choice whenever we have another garage door problem.

After I called Bryan, he stopped by that same day to check on my old opener, which was struggling to open the one-piece door. He said the rollers were done for and tweaked the old opener, which because of the extremely cold weather worked for one day and then quit. I requested Bryan to put in a new door (sectioned) and a new opener, which he did. He was very professional and completed the work just before a 10-inch snowfall, so I was thrilled!

My garage was not working and the motor was simply rotating. I did the mistake of forcibly moving the slider (to free any jamming). That broke the slider engagement and I had to call somebody for a professional investigation. Accordingly, I called Bryan the next morning and requested him to look into the issue. He suggested buying a new garage opener. He came in on the same evening at 300 pm and replaced the door opener within 30 minutes.

Very happy with the work. I called Bryan on Friday while he was on the road to out of town. Since this was not an emergency repair I told him it could wait until he got back in town on Monday. He called first thing Monday and was at our house within 30 minutes. He replaced a faulty laser receiver with an used one from his truck at no parts charge to us. He fixed the problem with the wheel popping out of the track. Also did a quick lube job on the hinges. Would definitely recommend him for garage door work.

No adjustment to the garage door was required! Hands down!! Bryan is someone you can count on in any emergency or nonemergency situation!

Bryan had given me free advice over the phone and helped me solve a garage door opener problem last year. So when my garage door opener broke, I called him up that evening. He was able to replace my garage door opener the next day. He had another job to do that day but added me in anyway. He came out and replaced the opener, balanced the door, adjusted the springs, and reprogrammed our home link transmitters in our cars as well. He provided COMPLETE service and of course cleaned up after himself. He provided an outstanding service experience and I would recommend him highly to anyone.

Everything went great! even better than expected. I called him that morning and he was able to squeeze me in at the end of his workday. You can't beat service like that. He was incredibly punctual and had an up-beat personality. I would hire him again in a second and recommend him services to others as well. Great. Bryan came out and discussed a lot of different options with us, advising us of the pros and cons of each option. He also did a great job of installing the doors.

I talked with Bryan Monday morning and we arranged an appointment for later in the day (early evening, actually). Bryan arrived on time and replaced the springs and my the garage door works again. I was pleased that he was able to work around my schedule and that he was fun to talk too as he worked on the springs. I learned a bit about garage doors too, which is always a plus.

Bryan replaced the spring on the door with the correct size, and installed a Liftmaster garage door opener. He did the job a lot faster than I expected, since the door is old. He checked out the beam to make sure it was strong enough, and when he was done he showed me everything he had done. It was a height challenged space, but he was able to put in the opener fine. He checked and then cut the length of a bar that hangs down to make sure that the car would fit, and even made the manual rope pull the right length to match my height! Then he showed me how everything works and even killed a large spider for me!! He was quick and professional! It wasn't anywhere near in price to what we were fearing, and were happy for that.

He was very professional and called back very promptly. He was able to come install the door and carted away the debris of the old door. He left everything neat and clean and I would definitely recommend him. I feel he sold me a quality product.

Got here quick and got the work done quick. Reasonably priced. Did a very good job. It worked out well. I would recommend him to anybody. The door fits perfect and looks great! He was pleasant to work with.

I called Bryan on his cell phone around noon 2 weeks ago to talk about our need for a new garage door and opener. He talked with me at length about the installation process and, as promised, provided a quote the same day. I reviewed the info he left and called him to talk about options. Being able to reach him on a cell phone is great! It was obvious that Bryan's first objective is to have a happy customer, and I didn't hesitate to arrange a day when he could install the door even though we hadn't met in person. On the day he did the installation, I drove home from work at lunch to meet Bryan and see how things were going. Bryan was almost done with the installation, and the door looked fabulous! He gave me instructions about setting the touch pad code and how to install a surge protector for the opener. When I returned home and could use the door I was thrilled, it's so quiet. If all contractors had Bryan's work ethic and standards, there wouldn't be a need for this site!

Less than 4 hours transpired between the time our aged garage door opener broke, and Brian had it replaced, along with another old opener on a second garage door that we thought needed replacement as well. He diagnosed the initial problem over the phone by asking a series of questions, gave me an estimate and immediately came out to do the work. He also took the time to explain the operation of new openers to me, as well as how to maintain them. I can't imagine a smoother solution to a home maintenance problem. I would highly recommend him.

I spoke to Bryan on Monday and he walked me through troubleshooting to make sure he would bring the correct parts with him to our scheduled appointment on Wednesday. However, he had an opening in his schedule, called me, and was able to get the (warranted) parts changed on Tuesday afternoon, and offered advice on how to keep the opener running without further incident. Bryan is, without exaggeration, the best person we have had out to work on any aspect of our house to date. He did our original install, and we will not hesitate to have him out to do any follow-up work.

Bryan came out and reviewed the existing garage door opener, explained the issues and offered us a few repair options. We opted for a new opener. After several months of frustration with our existing opener, we had it. While I wasn't very happy to feel I had to replace a 2 yr old garage door opener, I am happy with my new one. It works very well.

Bryan was initially reluctant to come out for such a small do-it yourself job but once I explained that we are not do-it yourselfers and that the company who previously installed our garage door without the vault release was no longer in business he came out and was nothing but courteous, professional, and he got the job done in about 20 minutes. He even programmed our new door opener that we just couldn't figure out. Highly recommended. He even oiled our hinges and our door barely makes a sound now.

Bryan came and did the repair in less than an hour and credited me the amount I paid for the original call. We are very pleased and would recommend him to our friends.

Called Bryan at about 10:00 AM Monday morning, I was convinced that I was buying a new door and told him so because my current door was a disaster and halfway falling into the garage. He advised me to go to the website and look at a few doors to get an idea of what I wanted. He agreed to meet me at 2:00 to do the measurements (arrived at 2:01, now that's what I call reliable), Bryan took a look at the door and said "Do you really want to buy a new door?" I said that I was not planning on it but since it fell in on Sunday night I didn't think I had much choice. He told me he could repair the current door for $300.00 and I told him to go ahead. An hour later the door was functioning again and I have to admit that in the four years that I have owned this house the door has never sealed or operated better since Bryan repaired it. I was amazed that event though he knew I was ready to spend $2,300.00 with him he still told me he could repair the door for only $300.00. I highly recommend him!

I think Bryan broke the record for fast service on this job. I called him a few minutes after the spring broke. He happened to be in the area, so he came straight over and fixed it in about 20 minutes. Total time from breakage to completed job: less than one hour. And of course he has the friendly and professional attitude that many others have commented on. Thanks Bryan!

Job 1- I called Bryan late last night and again early this morning. Though he had a full day (so did I) he was able to "squeeze me in" late this morning. He replaced the cables and got the door to work properly in 30 minutes. All for $100. Other reviews of his honest prices and good professional demeanor were not exaggerated. Thank you Bryan. Job 2- Bryan is very personable & works very efficiently. The door looks good, & opens & closes silently. Job 3. Bryan did show me how to program the wired remote. It works fine. He refused to charge me for the service even though it has been five years since he replaced my garage door and he did not change the wired remote at that time. He did not even make me feel my ineptitude for which I am grateful. Great customer service. My loyalty will probably outlast my garage door.

Excellent. Bryan explained why the spring broke, explained the correct solution, fixed the problem (of course), and performed some maintenance and adjustments above the specific scope of the repair.

Ten minutes before leaving for a trip my husband decided to "fix" our semi broken garage door. Brian was already scheduled to come out to fix our door. I called him and left a message that the broken door was now hanging off one runner at a 45 degree angle with air space on both top and bottom and that one runner was now ripped totally away from the wall. My husband is a brilliant software guy. Brian got back in touch with me and we changed plans to a replacement garage door. Brian brought samples and I easliy choose panels with little windows in Almond which will go with our new house paint. The installation was quick, clean, and uneventful. The door looks perfect and having light from the windows in the garage is really great. Brian is very easy to work with. The new door is quiet and the garage is now bright inside. The garage door opener no longer shakes as it is opening the door, it is all smooth and balanced. A great transaction.
