BRYAN'S GARAGE DOOR SOLUTIONS

The spring broke on our Garage Door, and I called Bryan. He said he would be her the next morning, and he was right on time. It worked quickly, explaining what he was doing, and even replaced a hinge that I didn't know was broken, but just fell off the door. I would recommend Bryan to anyone and everyone.

I will use this company again. I had a siding/window/carpenter contractor working on the siding, windows and trim while he was here. They too thought Bryan's product was reasonably priced and that the new doors look good. Bryan and the other contractor coordinated the trim work around the perimeter of the garage doors and shared the working space for materials and tools. Sometimes one doesn't know if different contractors can get along when working at the same site. Bryan and the other contractor got along great.

I had hoped the garage door would last till next summer, but it came down one last time when at least one bracket (which held the roller? in the track) cracked and the door was down for good. A call to Bryan, chosen from Angie's List because of his high rating and he was "local", brought me the information I needed to order a garage door upon his recommendation and schedule the installation. He was in for a surprise when he began work as he had to contend with numerous problems caused by the very poor installation of the door he was replacing. Taking longer than usual, he appreciated the challenge, and went above and beyond to not only remove the poor quality materials that were in place - but also re-wired the door opener that was not only poorly installed but dangerously installed - something I was completely unaware of. Kudos to Bryan and his team for the removal of my nightmare of a garage door and making my yard a much nicer place to sit and my garage a nicer place to walk in to. Thanks Bryan!

Bryan came out the day I called to give me an estimate. I decided to go with him the next day and Bryan came out the following day and did the install. He was done in a few hours, made sure everything was working properly and left the garage clean. He was very professional and prompt. He really seems to know his business. I would use him again.

Bryan came out because our door cable snapped trapping our cars inside. Came back the next week because our double wide door was in danger of collapsing. Installed new door in under 2 hours including setup and cleanup. He was courteous and professional, clean and thorough. Did not try to sell me the door but rather educated me on the danger the door posed should one of us or our cars be underneath it. He left the decision up to me. Installation went as smooth as could be. Would definitely recommend and use again but, hopefully, not for another 10 years!

Great! Brian called to say he was on the way the day of the appointment. I thought he was calling to cancel as it was raining very hard. He said he installs in all types of precipitation. He worked nonstop for approximately 4 hours and did a fantastic job. Quality products - quality work and guarantee's in writing to boot.

I came home yesterday to find that my garage door wouldn't open. I went inside, took a look, and saw that one of the two springs above the door was broken. I called Bryan and he told me the price to replace the springs (you need to do both at the same time, even if only one is broken) and the labor. He told me he could come out in a few hours. When he came out, he was courteous, professional and finished the job quickly. The cost was exactly what he quoted me on the phone. I would definitely call him again for another job. I marked "N/A" for price because I have no idea whether or not $225 is a good price for this job.

The entire process was excellent from my first contact with Bryan to his completion of the work. This company is a one-man shop and it is very clear that Bryan is a professional who will only install quality products and ensure his labor effort is done right, the first time. To maintain his quality level, Bryan only uses one garage door manufacturer and opener manufacturer which he claimed have excellent quality and reputations. My independent investigations confirmed that these suppliers are well-known and provide quality products and they have excellent warranties. I called Bryan on a Monday and he could have the work completed by that Thursday. Because of my schedule, we set the installation date for the next week. Bryan showed up on time and performed all the work within four hours. The house and garage are 56 years old and because of house settling, the door frame is not plumb and level. Bryan installed the door so that it fits perfectly and is well sealed. After completion, he policed the area to ensure there was no debris in the garage or on the driveway.

I called Bryan on a Monday for help replacing my garage door springs. We set up an appt 2 days later at 1PM. Bryan called that Wednesday at 12:50PM to ask for directions and arrived precisely at 1PM. He quickly replaced the springs and even helped to give me advice and assistance on the door opener I was installing myself. I will definitely use Bryan again.

He did it in one day. He was very patient with circumstances.

Brian gave us an estimation a new garage door but when he found out that this was a temporary residence he said he could repair it and came out the next day and did the work. He was real concerned about my and my children's safety while he worked. The price of the work turned out to be less than he quoted.

Everything went exactly as described. Bryan arrived promptly and removed my old garage door, replacing it with a new door. Bryan is very knowledgeable and personable. He was very easy to work with and I will recommend him to my friends and family.

He was prompt and polite, showing up only hours after my call. He did the work for less than originally estimated.

Bryan is a true professional who knows his business. We called late on a Sunday night and he came out Monday morning within the time frame he promised. He quickly replaced the springs and answered other questions we had. He discussed alternatives for garage door openers in the future and explained what made sense financially. Nice, honest, positive, up-beat person. Would definitely make use of his services again as well as recommend him to others.

Excellent response and service. Bryan came right on time, quickly replaced the spring and also a hinge that had broken which I hadn't even noticed. He didn't end up charging me for the hinge.

I can honestly say I have not received such wonderful customer service in a long time. We determined that our spring was broken yesterday. I found Bryan, contacted him and he said he could come out today. He asked that I call him this morning to confirm the time he would be arriving at my house. He arrived promptly at 1:30 pm as he said he would. He replaced both springs and did the work mentioned above - it took him roughly 25 minutes. He then spent another 10 minutes explaining our door and opener to me and advising me what we should be doing going forward. It was a great experience and I know the next time I need a new door or opener I will call Bryan.

He was able to stop over the day after I called him. The work was done in a timely manner and I am very satisfied.

Byran showed up when he said he would and recommended that both doors should be replaced. He returned a week later on time and did a good job, no complaints and would strongly recommend him.

Bryan answered his phone promptly and took the time to walk me through some checks of the old opener to see if it could be something fairly easy to fix. Based on those checks and the age of my old opener, Bryan recommended several replacement candidates that I could view on the manufacturer's web site. I wanted to get the best I could afford and Bryan agreed to come by the next day between 8 and 10 AM. Bryan arrived right between the time frame and was very professional. He's probably forgotten more about garage door openers and their related equipment than most service guys know. He had the opener up in very short order and it works great and is much easier to use than my old opener.

Was at my house 20 minutes after I called him and the works was completed 30 minutes later. Extremely prompt, professional and courteous.

Bryan arrived at the time he had scheduled and fixed the problem quickly for a low cost. You can't ask for more than that. I would call this company again if I have problems with my garage door.

Called Bryan on Monday and he was out on Tuesday. I was not sure of the problem but I thought it was the opener. Bryan confirmed this and gave me the option to repair or replace. Since the opener was at least 8 years old I opted for replacement. Bryan did a great job and even programed the Homelink in my wife's car before leaving. This is the second time I have used Bryan and I am completely satisfied again. Would recommend him to anyone with a garage door issue. He's on time, cleans up and has a fair price. I would absolutely hire him again.

This was amazing service from start to finish. Bryan returned all my phone calls almost immediately. He referred me to a web site so I could pick out my doors easily. As soon as I picked the doors he came out the same day and installed them the next day. He even took the time to find special side panels so that I wouldn't have to do any caulking around the new door frame, since he realized we were not very handy and he had to remove an old wood strip since my garage is so old. I can't say enough good things about the experience I had with Bryan's Garage Door Solutions. He even gave me a deal since I was getting two doors.

Suspected broken or weak spring(s) because door would stop about a foot up from floor. Found Bryan in Angie's List. He was in our area (Naperville) on another job so said he could stop by, would call back when ready. While waiting for call back, I looked through the opener owners manual and read about the up force adjustment. Increased the up force slightly and it fixed the problem. Obviously should have read it before calling Bryan (duh!!) Still wanted to have it checked out, so when Bryan called back, asked him if he could stop by anyway. He agreed, let me know he would only charge me $20 instead of normal $75 charge (fantastic!) He arrived very quickly, got the springs and cable chain tightened in just a few minutes. Asked about keypad battery moisture issue, he had an extra cover so installed it with a new battery also. Overall, excellent service at reasonable price, I will be calling him again for garage door problems...that can't be fixed reading owners manual :-).
