Bryan responded promptly. We set a time for the work to be done. He was on time, installation was excellent. Bryan explained how to program all the transmitters. He was professional and cleaned up after he was finished. Will use Bryan for all my garage door needs.

The motor on my garage door opener failed, and I called Bryan's Garage Door Monday evening and scheduled an appointment for the following morning. He arrived Tuesday morning when he said he would, replaced the opener and made a couple of other minor fixes to the door, and explained everything thoroughly.

We have used Bryan in the past, initially for a repair, next for door replacement, and now for the opener. On any of the occasions, Bryan could have tried to "sell" us on additional expense, before it was necessary, but instead, always made the most economical suggestion to resolve the issue. I have total faith in Bryan's integrity. Bryan also took additional time to explain to my son "preventive maintenance" regarding products installed. I find it refreshing to work with a contractor that I can trust.

We called at 7:30a because our garage door wouldn't close on the first frigid day of the season. Bryan was at our house within 2 hours, and quickly repaired the faulty door elements. Upon requesting information re: a new door, he offered 2 energy-efficient solutions, and was able to install the door that we chose the next morning. A day after our initial call, we have a new door that runs beautifully, for which we paid a reasonable price, and for which we will receive a tax credit. We are extremely pleased with the level of service that we have received, and would definitely recommend Bryan's Garage Door Solutions.

He was professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable, answering questions about the specs and technical aspects clearly and to our satisfaction. The installation was efficient, and he removed the old door and parts and everything was perfect when he was done. He didn't seem to mind us watching, and had a good sense of humor. He just does the door, (which he was clear on). So, our old wood trim remained (i.e., he doesn't cover the old trip with aluminum, etc). I had read in other Angie list reviews he would recommend other companies for experts to redo the trim bits. We didn't ask, as we were eventually going to reside the house.

Bryan (yes, the owner does the work!) explained over the phone why his estimate might be slightly higher than others I would receive because of better materials and the tune up/adjustment that would be done. Had one broken tension spring on a double garage door but wanted both replaced. Quote was $250. Checked tentative open weekdays for early or late appointment to avoid lost time at work. Bryan called on following weekend and said schedules had changed and offered to do it within an hour so I didn't have to miss work. He arrived, confirmed work to be done and started. Had replaced springs in 20 mins and then took time to cut the bars he used to rewind and tension the springs so he could correctly adjust tension on door. He explained the setup on my townhouse garage door and it's reduced clearance. Also adjusted and lubricated door hardware and explained key maintenance points as he was doing it. Quality materials, excellent service, professional business practice. Highly recommended!

We have a bedroom above the garage and it gets cold and I could hear the wind whistle around the door in the winter. I checked out the Big Box Stores and figured out what I wanted and the price they would charge me. I then went and checked out some other companies and I just was not feeling comfortable with them. Basically who ever I talked to had already decided what I wanted. I then decided to check on Bryan's and he listen to what I wanted and gave me wahat I wanted. His price was less then a $100 more then the box stores and he use better quality springs, hinges, rollers, etc. The door has a lifetime manufactures warranty and he guarantees his parts and labor for 5 years. the day of installtion he arrived on time and installed the door in less then three hours (it would have taken me a week and alot of swearing). In addition he adjusted my garage door closer and provided an oversize seal strip on the bottom to insure a tight close.

Bryan was very responsive. Came out the next day (after we phoned on Sunday) and temporarily fixed the problem until the springs were ordered (they were commercial springs due to the heaviness of our door). Came back on Thursday and installed the new springs. He was given upgraded springs by accident by his supplier but he did not pass on the additional cost. Great work ... very efficient, friendly and professional. Would use again.

Bryan is a true professional...ihe knows exactly how to fix things efficiently, quickly and is truly knowledgeable. This is the second time I have had Bryan out and I would never call anyone else!

My 40 year old non-automatic garage door was getting more & more difficult to pull up. Brian showed me where the tracks were pulling away from the supports. He showed me a sample of the door he could put in and gave me an estimate. He came out the next day and installed it. He explained everything about the operation of the door. It looks great and works very well. He is very pleasant to work with and very prompt in responding to calls.

Bryan was able to get the doors installed within four days of our initial conversation and he even came back to oversee a different company who was working on my house to cover some wood with flashing to ensure that they did their job right and wouldn?t affect the operation of the garage area. Bryan returns calls promptly ? mostly immediately ? and is just an all around friendly guy. He really knows what he?s doing with the installation as well (two springs instead of one so if the door ever breaks it won?t crush your car). Prices are very reasonable, too (don?t forget to check out the tax credit for certain energy-efficient door styles). I?ve already recommended him to others.

Excellent as usual. Have used Bryan before. Called him Sun night when it happened. He walked me through how to get the door open so our cars wouldn't be trapped and he was able to come out first thing Mon AM to fix it before we went to work. Thanks again Bryan!

We contacted because our old wooden garage door wasn't closing (kept popping back up) so we assumed we might need a new door. Bryan gave a few suggestions of things to try over the phone rather than assume that we needed a new opener/door when realistically he could have come out and charged us to look at it. We took his advice, but unfortunately his suggestions didn't work. He came out a few days later and replaced the old opener and told us we could get by with the old door if we wanted, but also explained the tax credit we could get from the government with an insulated door. We decided to go with a new door and set up an appointment for the following week. Bryan replaced the door the next week by himself and was finished in less than two hours including disposel of the old door and opener. He also noticed that the beam where the opener was mounted needed some reinforcement and affixed some braces for no extra charge.

Called Bryan about 10:00am and told him I was looking to replace my garage door. He directed me to his website and gave great info. over the phone. I decided on which door I wanted and Bryan was at my house with the new one by 12:30, with installation completed around 2:30 that day. Excellent service and very professional! Would highly recommend Bryan with any of your garage door needs.

Bryan was great. I called him in the morning and he came out the same day. He was even able to come after work, since that was when I was available. He fixed my garage door for the time being, but recommended that I replace the entire door soon since it is badly warped. When I am able to do that, I will definitely be calling him.

I was in a predicament and he was a very, very nice guy. I paid nothing for this! Now that I have his name, it?s gone in my book of people to use. Next time I have a problem I will certainly call him.

Called Bryan at 715am this AM. He was very busy, but squeezed us in near the end of the day. He had everything done by around 4pm. Very responsive, helpful and friendly and seemed to really care about doing a good job.

I took posession of my home on May 14th. I called Bryan the next day (based on the previous homeowners recommendation) for a quote to replace my garage door. Bryan was very honest about the condition of the door and provided an estimate on the spot. He is extremely knowledgeable about his product and his job. He encouraged us to keep the same door opener, but replace the door. We decided to have Bryan do the work and we are so pleased. We felt like we had a new home after the door was replaced. He made some modifications to the door track to fit our space and everything is great. He has even followed up on some items that need to be finished after our house is painted. I would not hesitate to use Bryan again.
