BRYAN'S GARAGE DOOR SOLUTIONS

Bryan did a great job, as usual. He has done previous work for me on my other single-bay garage door and I used him again because he is terrific. He gets the work done quickly, is very responsive to calls and works you into his schedule very effectively. He was out working on my door within 2 hours of my call to him. Unfortunately, due to the weight of my oversize steel clad door, he did not have the necessary springs on his truck. However, we agreed to meet about 24 hours later and he finished the job up in less than an hour.

We were very happy with Bryan's work. We also appreciated that he told us the opener could be fixed, when he could have easily sold us a new unit and we would not have thought anything of it. He was prompt and courteous as well.

Bryan was at my residence within 10 minutes of my call. He rearranged his schedule so I could have access to my garage today. He was friendly, courteous and professional.

Called Bryan on a Monday and was able to set up an appointment for that same week. The pricing was straightforward and the communication was great. He showed up on time and I am very happy with the work. I will be calling him for any garage door issues I have in the future. Price included garage door opener, keypad and an extra remote.

It was great. He was punctual, a nice guy, worked fast, and it seemed like a fairly reasonable price. Gave some good advice about maintainence too, and installed his most basic model which turned out to be quieter than my old model. Also put in a remote opener.

Fantastically! There is no reason to go anywhere else.I I called Bryan at 8:30AM and by 10:30 AM my garage door was fixed. I have used Bryans services in the past and was very happy with his work. This time I woke to find my garage door was not working. Apparently the cable had broken when I last used the opener and the door was stuck in the open position all night. I was concerned I would have to spend the next night with my door again open all night. Thanks to Bryan that was one worry I didn't have.

I called Bryan on a Wednesday evening. He came out before noon the next day, brought the over-head door back into alignment, then lubricated the track. He also left the spray lubricant and explained how and where to lubricate the door and track. Bryan was very friendly and helpful, and we have used his services in the past.

I had a wonderful experience with him. He told me the work that I didn't need and gave me a great quote on our garage door. He oiled up the the door and polished up the garage door and it was perfect. I would give him an absolute A on everything from his timing to his professionalism. Everything was great. He even charged me less than he originally estimated.

We spoke with Bryan by phone. He gave us a web site to view the available doors and options. He advised us as we described what we had in mind, suggesting different options. We wanted a lighter door, which probably any modern ones are, compared to the solid wood one we had. He seemed eager to get at it as soon as he could schedule us in. It was within a week. Bryan disassembled and removed the old door and opener. He found various challenges in our situation. It is an older house and there were some non-standard dimensions and less than right right angles to deal with. We worked very hard tackled the problems, and overcame them, doing all the work on one day. On finishing he explained the operation and maintenance. We enjoy our new door!

He was very responsive and helpful. He was on vacation when my husband called him after our garage door opener broke. He didn?t get back to us right away as he was on vacation. However, he did call from his cellphone on the way back from vacation and talked to my husband. He had him up on the ladder in our garage looking at the garage door opener and walked him through everything that needed to be done. After all that he said that if that none of his methods worked we would need a new garage door opener. It was a half-hour phone call to walk us through all the different possibilities of what could be wrong. He was out the next day with a brand new garage door opener and he fixed it. He was awesome. Bryan is the best.

Our garage door opener was on the brink and the door was in sorry shape. Bryan was punctual and professional. He explained what was wrong with our current situation and promptly removed and installed the new door. This was about three years ago and our door is working beautifully still.

He also showed me how to lube the door hinges and how to adjust the door opener. His price was good and his workmanship was top-notch. I will only use Bryan for any future garage door work.

Called Bryan in the morning for having our garage door fixed, he immediately slot us in his agenda. He was delayed but called us for letting us know about it. Great and efficient service and good price for the service provided (he replaced both springs for $250 which is pretty competitive according to the research I did about that). He also gave good advise about maintenance and corrected at no charge a setting in the door that we did not notice. We will definitely use his services again

I was very pleased. Called on a really cold and snowy day. He said that he was booked up for the next couple of days and would try to work us in. We were going into a weekend. He called late in the day and said that he could come then if we wanted him to. We had done our research on the garage door openers and everything that he said and recommended was exactly what our research said. He installed the new opener, key pad, etc. within the next 45 minutes and was done. Showed me what he had done and how it all worked. Set the sensors for me and then left. We had to call him the next day with a question and he was very nice and told my husband something to try and said that he could stop back if that did not work. It worked fine and we have not had any problems since. I would definitely call him again and recommend him.

We looked up Bryan on Angie's list. We had been having trouble with our garage door opening and closing. My husband was very pleased with Bryan as he came out that same day in winter and put in a new garage door opener. He explained everything on the different brands and their functions. Highly recommended.

Bryan did a great job replacing my garage door opener. After I called him up he was out at my house with in an hour and had the job done very quickly. Excellent work!!!

He has a great warranty, and takes time to explain everything and gives several options. We are very pleased with our garage door and equipment. We know that if something does go wrong, Bryan stands by his work. The work was done in a timely manner and cleaned up well.

I searched Angies list after finding out the spring to our garage door had broken. Bryan was at the house and completed the repair within an hour. This was an easay and no hasstle process. He had all the parts and tools in his van. In addition to replacing the springs with a heavier duty part he also did a complete tune up on the door. Lubricating all the moving parts and making suggestions for preventative work I can do to minimize the chance of this happening again. I will use this company again if I need any additional garage door work.

It went well. The work was done professionally, competently, and completed in a timely manner. We are very happy with the new opener and would definitely recommend this company to others. Unfortunately, it seems like there is a short in the wires connected to the electric eye portion of the system by the base of the garage door. It didn't work and I moved around the wires and then it worked afterwards. This does not seem like the wires were that secure. When we called him about this concern he said he'd have to charge us to come over and inspect the wires.

Torsion spring broke Sunday morning. Called Bryan's and explained the situation. Was told how to get the door open (avoiding a weekend surcharge) gave me a quote and was out on Tuesday morning. Replaced both springs (they were about 10 years old) and completed the job quickly and professionally.

Sent Bryan an e-mail to get an estimate for a replacement door. He came out the very next day & gave me an estimate. He helped me pick out a beautiful door that matches my house perfectly. We decided to go w/ insulated glass which was a smart move, as my garage is now much warmer in the winter and hopefully cooler in the summer. I must say that this new door has completely improved the look of our house. I wish we would have replaced it sooner, as it has made a huge difference in the look of the front of our house. Bryan did a great job from start to finish. Only issue is that we had to replace the garage door opener a couple of weeks later. Bryan did warn me that this might happen. Of course our opener broke on New Years eve & the person covering for Bryan did not want to sell us an opener at a competitive price, so we purchased from another vendor. Otherwise, everything w/ Bryan went great.

I called Bryan late on Friday afternoon. I left a message stating that it was not an emergency - I was able to manually open and close the door. Nevertheless, he called back Friday evening and offered to come by the same evening. Bryan quickly determined the problem and fixed it. He also gave me a great tutorial on how to maintain the door.

Smooth repair from start to finish. Bryan answered the phone promptly, told me he would be over the next day after completing another project - the next day he called to say he would be over in about a half hour, and arrived promptly. He is courteous and professional and knows what he is doing. He is genuinely interested in providing good customer service and doing the job correctly the first time around.
