He quickly responded to the problem with our garage door opener the next day and corrected it by means of an adjustment. Service fee was the only charge. I would recommend and rehire Bryan.

Description of Work: Bryan answered the phone 'well after normal business hours' to help us through our garage door problem. A main door opening spring broke and the door would not open. He described what we needed to do in order to get the car out of the garage in the morning and then scheduled us later in the day to come to our home to replace the spring and 'fix the door'. He arrived ealier than the scheduled time and was able to fix the problem quickly but efficiently. He also gave some additional advice regarding maintenance and demonstrated the process to increase the 'life' of the hinges of the door. Previously we contacted Bryan regarding another problem the door was giving us and he told us what we could do to fix it without his needing to make a service call or charge us for the 'over-the-phone' advice. We highly recommend Bryan's Garage Door Solutions and will call him again if the need arises.

After looking at the age and condition of my unit, I called Bryan back to install a new 3/4 HP Liftmaster system. Bryan reworked his schedule and was able to fit me in very quickly. Description of Work: A garage door spring broke at 5:45 PM yesterday. Called Bryan at 6. Answered the phone while at home, and at 8:30 AM this morning he was at my door. Courteous, quality, and honest.

Description of Work: Wow, Bryan fixed my Garage door almost instantly and at no cost. After I called him to describe the problem, he told me to get on my cell phome and go to the door and call him back. He guided me through some basic trouble-shooting steps. When I couldn't see an LED light on the receiver, he told me someone must have knocked it out of alignment. I jiggled it a few seconds and the light come on and the door started working. With a less helpful and honest company, I could have wound up paying who knows how much to get the door fixed. I highly recommend Bryan.

Description of Work: Bryan arrived to fix my garage door within an hour. He quickly did a very minor repair and only charged me about $40.00. When he arrived I said "I think I need a new garage door opener." He said---Let me take a look and said I don't think you need that and quickly did a very minor repair and was on his way. He was very polite and efficient. Most of all he was honest as to what needed to be done. I was so grateful because it was getting close to 5:00 PM and I didn't know how to secure my property for the night.

Description of Work: I called Bryan on Sunday afternoon. My two cars were in the garage and I could not open the garage door. He said if he came out on Sunday it would cost 275 but if I could wait until Monday afternoon it would only be 200. I said I would wait until Monday. Most businesses would have just charged the 275. Bryan came early on Monday and I had the cars out by 11 am. He had to do extra work because the owner before me had jury rigged the spring somehow. Bryan still charged me only 200. and every time I open the door I can't believe how quiet and perfectly it goes up and down. I called Bryan, and his associate came within a couple of hours to assess the problem.
