We were put in touch with John Oros as we needed to replace our entire roof. From the start John was professional, very responsive and helped guide us through the process. I appreciated that John kept us in the loop throughout the process both in regards to timing and also during the work itself. The team doing the job was also very professional, punctual and fast! We are not only happy with how the roof looks but can’t say enough in terms of what a pleasure it was working with this company. We needed a new roof, so I called 3 companies for quotes - obviously Berg being one of them. Nick Peters was our salesman. Not only was Berg far and away less expensive than the two others, but Nick was so amazing to work with. Nick was very direct and to the point making the decision easy, while guiding us throughout every step of the process. Nick showed up for the start of the job, would check in during install, and followed up immediately once complete. It's hard to find quality customer service like Nick provided. The labor workers were so clean and professional. Getting a job this big done, could be a nerve wracking process, but I would 100% recommend Berg!

We needed a large bay window (original to our 50+ year old home) replaced. We were looking to replace it with a picture window and contacted a few companies for bids, but Berg gave the best quote. Also, John pointed out some potential related work that would result from the change. I had thought of these too, but John was the only one who mentioned it to me up front. Which means we didn't have any surprises during installation and Berg's quote was inclusive. John was easy to work with and always responsive. The two gentlemen who installed the window did a phenomenal job with great attention to detail. Overall a fantastic experience.

Tom Pierce and his crew did a spectacular job. I called for estimate in early March for new roof because of some missing tiles and concern about possibility of squirrels getting access. Tom took care of the immediate problem areas and we agreed that some time in late May work would be completed. It was done in one day, care was taken to clean up afterward and I couldn't be more pleased.

Very well. Quick to provide quote, competitive price, good crew who worked from 7am to 7pm to complete the job in one day, and good cleanup of debris.

Great service. Roofers showed up when promised and worked hard to get the job done quickly. Roughly 1 1/2 day job, which included removing at least 2 layers of shingles, replacing some wood, and putting on the new roofing. The price includes a few upgrades and rotted wood replacement, but still a better deal than some other quotes we received. I would recommend Berg Roofing to anyone needing this type of service.

He was very responsive and professional and his time estimates were accurate, both starting times and duration. Overall we are very happy with the work. While the work was performed on-schedule and completed satisfactorily, there was some damage to my vehicle which was parked in the garage and which I was not advised to move. As a result, the windshield got shattered due to something overhead being dislodged. When I attempted to contact them, I was treated quite rudely and the blame was placed on me. Furthermore, I was told the owner would contact me to remedy it, which never happened. I claimed this on my own insurance, and perhaps I should have realized I should not leave my car there, these guys do this every day and should know well enough to at least warn the customer to move any vehicles out.

We worked with Nick to replace our gutters, guards, and downspouts. He was able to handle everything over email and text, which was a great help because of my own work schedule. We received a prompt quote and was kept appraised of our install date. No one had to be home through the entire project. Berg also did not require any upfront payment, a nice difference.

Our experience with Berg Roofing was great. They were prompt, courteous, and professional from beginning to end. The crew arrived by 7 a.m. on job day and was finished (including clean up) by 4 pm. The roof looks great and their cost was competitive. We would use them again.

John came out last September to provide an estimate on the siding; he was very knowledgeable, did not use any pressure tactics, and took time to answer all of our questions. We decided to go with Berg and the siding turned out great. We were so pleased we hired them again this Spring to do the roof. The quality of the work was excellent, the crews cleaned up after themselves, and John came back to inspect the property after the crews had left. I couldn't have asked for a better experience than the one I had with Berg. John Oros was fabulous to work with and was extremely courteous and professional. I obtained ten quotes for a windows replacement and John gave me the best price by far. He was not "sale-sy" but instead simply explained what my options were. No pressure-sales tactics used, which I really appreciate. John was great about emailing me throughout the process on a timely basis and immediately responded to my questions, no matter what time of the day. The installation crew was very professional, arriving exactly on time and quickly replaced the windows. They even fixed one of the broken blinds in the process. I needed to have a formal roof inspection done regarding my home that was under contract for selling. Although this is not a service they provide, John Oros was spectacularly customer-service oriented and spent a great deal of time talking to me and coaching me. At this time, there was no new $ to be made, but John gave no pause in assisting me with questions and verbal commentary on my roof. He happened to be in my neighborhood when I was talking on the phone to him, so he actually drove over to look at it!! Unbelievable. If and when I ever need work done on my home, Berg will be the very first company I call. I am extremely impressed by John and his representation of Berg.

John came out over the summer and gave us an estimate for the siding, front exterior door, and gutters which was extremely reasonable. While I waited for the material to come in we noticed a leak in my homes flat roof which John was happy to come out and give us a quote.....again very reasonable. The crews for all work were very polite and professional. Their work was excellent and I would definitely recommend them to anyone. John was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful....great person to work with. He checked on the crew almost every day and asked me if there were any problems. Great Company!!!!

I got a couple quotes and felt most comfortable with Berg Roofing. John Oros from Berg came out several times to go over everything with me. The project was done in two full days. All the workers were professional and they cleaned up everything like they were never there.

I liked Berg. Tom came out and gave me a quote and answered my questions. He later came back and answered still more questions. His quote was significantly more detailed than the other two. He also gave me literature that I could use to educated myself on shingles. He gave me a choice of three types of shingles. I chose the least expensive one (Landmark Lifetime); I could not tell the difference between the Lifetime shingles the other two shingles. The estimate included Ice & Water Shield. I opted for the Extended Warranty because it included Diamond Deck synthetic insulation. For color, I went with Pewter. The work was completed in 1.5 days. The crew worked hard; I liked them. They cleaned up each day at the end of the day. They also did a good job of picking up the nails. Tom gave an estimated of 6-8 weeks to start the project; they were here by week 7. A bit too long in my view, but within the estimate.

I got quotes from 4 roofers. Most and least expensive were automatically removed. What set Berg ahead of the other vendor was the no nonsense approach. This is what we offer and theis is the price. No sugar coat or dance. Also, the price and product was a factor too. They came out and stripped the house and garage to the wood. Replaced some of the wood, installed the ridge vent and new shingles in a day. They have a dumpster trailer on wheels, so there was no damage to lawn or driveway. It’s been a few weeks and I think I’ve picked up 4 nails and 1 piece of roofing felt. No complaints with that, compared to what came off. Overall, they said what they did and did what they said. I’ll be calling them for a quote on siding in the future. Very happy overall.
