Tom was always very responsive in coming out to give an estimate and any questions, concerns, etc. Gutter installers damaged some shingles but Tom was prompt in responding as usual. Had 2 workers mostly working in very cold conditions. In fact some days they called to advise no work that day due to adverse wind chills. Highly recommend.

The estimate process was upfront, quick and transparent. The estimated price was the price we ultimately paid and was noticeably lower than the other estimates we received. The install did include a few variations to the gutter system. The variations came at the install team leader's recommendation. These changes did not affect the price of the install and, I felt, were due solely to the team's desire to provide the most efficient gutter system. (the gentleman who handled the estimate had indicated that he would defer to the install team - he was very honest in stating that they were the experts. And they were!). The installers worked around our schedule (we had another issue that needed correcting before the gutters could be installed). The install was quick and professional. Six months later, I am very happy with the quality of both the product and the entire process.

It was excellent! I think this is the second time we've used them.

They were quick to response, we were in a hurry for the work and they accommodated us. As soon as the material was delivered, we got a call to schedule the work which was completed in two days. The whole work was done within two weeks from the date of the contract. A few days later, people came back for additional cleanup in the garage and yard. One of the window screens was damaged during the work, he took it out, got it repaired and came back to put it back on ? no hassle.

We are extremely happy with the planning and installation of the new roof and siding. ,Dan met with us several times to offer options in materials, costing information color availability. We feel we understood all the tradeoffs when we chose our materials and colors, and priced out the options. We asked to have some additional items added to the contract so all of the the exterior of the house would be updated and practically maintenance free. This was added and done as requested. Everything was completed that was in the contract to our satisfaction. The house appearance and quality of the work exceeded our expectations. Followup after completion of the main installation was done within 3 days. We chose engineered wood siding over aluminum, vinyl or cement, and are very happy with our decision. I would buy from Berg Roofing and Home Improvements again, as they have shown themselves to be highly skilled, reliable, and offered an excellent price for the quality and services contracted.

Al came out and looked at the roof and explained to me that the issue was the gutters and how they were installed; that the gutters were installed to have the water flow downhill. I am fine with everything he did and he was very nice to me. He jumped on my roof to show me that my plywood was not going to cave in, and he did so by the direct dish antenna which is where the tech was originally working when they told me the wood was bad. They explained why the roof is the way it is and I am happy.

So far so good, they weren't perfect but they were good.

It was good. My experience with them was great. The guy came out right away. He was on time and he got the work done. They did timely work and it still looks good.

A few years ago I had Berg replace my roof and I was very happy with there service. I was happy to hear when I called them that they also do siding and windows. I asked Dan to come out and he was very patient with all my questions and spend a lot of time with me. The price was competitive and with the history of the roof I gave him the job. I was very happy he was able to get my siding and windows done by the end of the year. They were very professional and clean. I would recommend them to all my family and friends.

I had called about 5 roofers then I called Berg and Brian the owners nephew came out and was very nice. He explained everything and was not pushey. He was very helpful . the roof was done in one day and everything was cleaned up.

They came the day they were supposed to come. They cleaned up all the debris and hauled it away. The roof and new windows look AMAZING. They were very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and economical. I would highly recommend both services - roofing & windows.

They did an EXCELLENT job and completed the work in just 2 days and we have a ranch home with a large roof and 4 extra large and 2 smaller skylights. They were prompt, professional and did an excellent job of cleaning up each day and at the end of the job. They moved all of our lawn decorations, covered windows and moved furniture so there was no chance anything would be ruined by roof parts falling on anything. Then, when they were done, they put it all back! Excellent quality and craftmanship all at a fair price! I would recommend them to anyone looking to have work done.

Well thought is was going to be a wk later but called and said they had an opening a week early. All good since I was on vacation. The day they showed up was so like a Zombie Apocalypse they covered all the windows and front door and there was no way get out if I wanted to but, not a problem. They boarded up the windows and covered all the bushes around the parameter of the outside with blankets etc. Never thought it be so loud but they gotta do what they gotta do. I was quick and fast and they were very pleasant to deal with after I was able to get out and check out everything. But still no Dan (owner to check anything) Owner never showed up to check progress at all. ( A little hardhearted with that since he was such a great sales guy and the owner. If I was owner, I would be checking my crews daily.) Little disorganized with not getting the dumpster delivered before the tear down. But, actually glad it happened that way because the roof tiles showed up and a crane actually placed the pkgs. of tiles up for the crew and had to back up in our driveway. If that dumpster was there prior then it would not have been a very easy task and, let alone all the cars surrounding the street. So it's a little to soon to review, since no rain, atfind out if there are any leaks etc. but all and all they did a great job! I was very impressed. The next day they had a 2 man crew come out to do our gutters. The gutters are 5" seamless gutters and would not fit the piping we had going underground on a couple areas. The person in charge explained in detail what he could to and he would extend the gutters further out and I said, no problem. They were very professional and very courteous. Overall, I would definitely recommend this company. Although has not rained much I guess only time will tell.

Bob was very responsive to our needs. I mentioned that we are planning to travel and if he could give my roof a priority. He promised that it will be done before we leave and sure enough he gave me a call that he got an opening and did it right away. Work was done according to my expectations and before they left, they make sure the entire outside area was cleared of debris and especially roof nails by using magnet roller.

He was very professional. I could tell he gave me the best deal he could. In the future, if I ever need anymore roofing done, I will call this company!

They were very prompt in returning calls and very upfront about all the work that was needed to the roof, they called and said they would be by on the 11'th and they were there had the roof torn off and replaced in one day and came back the next day to do the gutters. I was very glad I went with them on this job as they were very professional and finished the work in the time they said they would.

No contact from the company, so no work done.

Absolutely wonderful and so professional. They were timely, considerate of my garden and landscaping, and cleaned up each night beyond belief. They kept me informed of progress; they even cleaned out my gutters of my two story home. I would definitely use them again.

Outstanding work! They were very reasonably priced for replacing a section of my gutter and it was installed even sooner than they initially said it would be. It looks very nice and completely fixed the issue I had been having. I'm very pleased! They're also going to replace 3 windows for me that are currently on order.

Very pleased with the whole process from estimate to completion. Staff was very friendly and courteous. When Ken arrived to install the windows, he realized that additional work was needed with the window sills and took the time to purchase the extra supplies and do what was needed before the windows were installed. After the job was completed, I had a few concerns. Tom came out immediately to listen and to view my concerns and they were addressed and completed the next day by Ken. Not knowing about "construction", they took the time to explain things to me. Would use them again - definitely!

They were really good. Their responsiveness and detail in their proposal, their price warranty and workmanship really stood out to me. They cleaned up their materials every night. They were very courteous and respectful. They stayed in contact with us. They kept their timing correct. They pushed through to make sure it got done before it rained. The first day they stayed for 12 hours to get it done before it rained. They brought out the man power to get it done.

Bob determined that at this time we should wait and see if the leaking was due to ice dams from the crazy winter. He said that it looked like we should fix the paint job on the inside and then just keep an eye on it before doing anything drastic. He was really very nice and super helpful. He spent time looking at the roof all around the house and pointed out some spots that we might want to keep an eye on for the future. We will definitely contact Berg Roofing when we do have further issues.
