+ -1 moreRick was recommended to us by the home inspector we hired when we were buying this house. He has been great from start to finish. He did the roof in sections so nothing was uncovered overnight and kept me informed about problems he encountered along the way. I always knew when he was going to be there and what he expected to do that day. He worked around our tuckpointing schedule for the chimney, coming back several days later to finish the flashing. He and his crew were very neat, which has not been my experience with other roofers.
Description of Work: They tore off the roof and an old aluminum patio cover. They completely reroofed the house, replacing rotted plywood and fascia as needed. They worked with the mason who was tuckpointing the chimney to coordinate the final flashing.

+ -1 moreThey were working on the roof in December, so they had a few problems. While they were on roof they discovered that the fan was not working. A fan was not working. After they replaced the fan it made a great difference in my heating and cooling bills.
Description of Work: They came out and removed the old shingles and repaired some rotted boards. Then, they re-shingled with asphalt shingles. They also replaced an attic fan.
