They were supposed to have one of the bathrooms done by Christmas, but they didn't even start on either one until February.

It went very well. They were able to get the job scheduled and completed quickly so we could get our floor in and connected us with all the professionals we needed to get the job finished even during the holiday. very much appreciated.

The project went very smoothly. It was a total gut and rebuild, including floor, painting, and fixtures in foyer, powder and mud rooms. Janice, the designer, helped guide us through the maze of selections, leading us to good choices while not pushing ideas on us. Vinnie and Klint are a fantastic crew - not only doing excellent work, but also giving us the benefit of their experience regarding little things that come up along the way. Vinnie noticed that the cabinet handles were probably ordered incorrectly and made sure things were as we wanted them before drilling any holes.

As it seemed the project would start around the holidays, Greg worked with me to find a start date that both worked with my schedule and would enable his team to focus on the project. The entire project was finished within 8 weeks. As I learned, adding a bathroom to an older home where there wasn't a bathroom before can be a challenge. This project was smooth at times and difficult at times, but Greg and his team handled every part with professionalism. For example, where we planned to place the toilet was directly over a joist. Greg was great about communicating my options and finding solutions when the unexpected happened. His team was always in my driveway ready to start on time each day. They were pleasant and professional at all times. They also would ask me questions or confirm placement of anything that would become permanent. My husband and I have been thrilled with the results. The project was finished 9 months ago. So far, we have not had any problems. Greg has checked in with me a few times just to be sure I was happy.

This was the second major remodeling project that Americraft completed for us. Just like the kitchen remodel a few years ago we are very happy with our new space. The bathroom is beautiful. There was a lot of space to work with and many configuration options. The team was patient with us as we worked through the decision-making process together. We are quite pleased with the high quality of work, particularly the tile work.

Greg was very professional. We used his recommended vendors. Mike at Kitchen and Bath showcase was a pleasure to work with. He was a great help in picking out cabinets and did a fantastic job of measuring. Primus stone was also very courteous and easy to work with. The crew showed up on time daily, worked efficiently, were very polite and left after cleaning up any mess created. Greg responded quickly to any issues and all issues were addressed by Greg or his crew. Our kitchen looks great. Our work was finished and final payment made over 2 weeks ago. We had issues that needed to be addressed. Greg assured me they would get taken care of. I have been waiting for Americraft to contact me back. I made a few attempts, but have not been contacted. This is not acceptable. Although I don't want to change my initial review, I do want to add to hold final payment until all issues are resolved. It appears, Americraft is washing their hands of me now. May not be the case, but in my eyes, no contact, it feels like it.

The design and build went very well. The best thing about Greg and his team is that they are easy to work with. They do not nickel and dime you on every detail. I looked at several other basement contractors before choosing Americraft. I choose them based on inspecting previous work and on price. I thought Americrafts work was better and their price was lower. I am very happy with my decision. I have had very negative experiences with contractors in the past and this was a refreshingly positive interaction. A couple months after completion, I called to have them fix a few follow on items. Greg had the same Project Manager who worked my job out to the house within a couple of days. All items resolve, no question asked. I will use Americraft for future projects and recommend them to my friends and family.

The project went well. We love our new kitchen. From the start, we felt comfortable with Greg from Americraft, we asked 4 companies from Angies list all A rating, Americraft came in 25k lower than 2 and 35K lower with the last 1. Ameritech had a broader scope of work than the others. Our Crew Thomas and Mitch, did a great job. Thomas was the lead, He kept us informed. All my questions and concerns were answered promptly. I would send Thomas a text and within a few minutes he would respond. The workmanship is of high quality. I am very impressed. The project took 6/7 weeks, just like Greg promised. We also used a designer that Greg recommended Janice Janiceconnollyinteriors.com she was wonderful she listened to our ideas and made bold choices we would not have made and they turned out great.

Full gut and remodel of master bath. Wow! Love our new bathroom. It is exactly what I had pictured in my mind. Good communications before, during and even after the job. Someone was here every weekday until done. Vinnie and Clint put it together perfectly thanks to skill and a boss (Greg, also the owner) who allows the time to do it right. Every surface perfect. Questioned us when appropriate, gave suggestions when asked. Excellent clean-up every evening.

I love my new kitchen! Everyone is very professional and work very hard. They clean up after themselves too. We have a relatively small kitchen compared to those they are probably used to doing. However, they treated us with the same importance and professionalism as a client with a $100,000 + renovation. They planned for things I didn't even think of like the various cabinet storage arrangements and giving me extra prep space next the range by moving it over slightly. I also added a few things along the way which they accommodated such as some can lights and moving a light fixture and hanging new light fixtures. Whatever I asked them to do, they did it. We changed our mind on the back splash we originally chose after we saw it up on one wall and they were able to change it without jeopardizing the schedule since we selected another one right away. It was stressful though to make a decision so fast and I wouldn't recommend it. Be prepared to make several decisions way in advance, but I imagine it's like that with any renovation. I plan on using them again in the future.

It's very tough sometimes to get a response and then an also difficult to get a service provider to provide an accurate estimate of when they can start work. That was not the case with Americraft. Thank you for your timely reply and being honest. We'll keep you on the list for future projects.

Everything went very smoothly. Greg Culter and Steve were very courteous and meticulous in the work they did. They were prompt in starting and finishing within they estimated dates. Only one setback occurred the wrong vanity came in and was installed until new one arrivired one week later. The vanity was replaced without and problem and no charge. They just wanted us happy.

Excellent, better than we expected with such a major remodel. The crew that worked here, Thomas and Clint, were very Professional and were very concerned with making us satisfied with their work. The crew was one of the best I have ever met and handled any minor problems with a proven solution. The remodel was completed in a very timely manner , 4.5 weeks only. Greg, Janice and Kathy as well as the other members of the team were always helpful in helping us to complete this remodel. Janice helped in designing the kitchen from layout thru painy colors and Kathy helped with the various sub contractors and Greg was always available for any issues, but with his team he has it was not always necessary. .

The goal was to take our old, outdated, poorly equipped, poorly accessible, country style kitchen and turn it into a Chef/Pro Style kitchen for my wife. We met with 3 different contractors?all of whom are highly rated on Angie?s list. We quickly eliminated one due to the requirement of paying upfront for any type of design before we could get a bid for comparison. The two remaining were cordial, professional, and well equipped to do a good job on what we were looking to have done. We decided on Greg Cutler and Americraft, Inc. because of how easy it is discuss options with Greg?and his willingness to not only give us a long list of references but also take us out to a kitchen he had done to take a look at some actual work his team had done. Our kitchen remodel was pretty extensive with the inclusion of a 48? Pro Style Range, appropriate blower for said range, Amish Cabinetry, Quartz Countertop, in-drawer Microwave, New 6? Island, Refinishing of Oak Flooring ? including the addition of new weaved in flooring and change of color, Large Double Bowl SilGranite II Sink and Designer Faucet, new LED Can lighting, Dimmers, Pendants, etc. The construction piece included the removal of soffits, moving a doorway, moving of plumbing, upgraded electrical panel, along with the flooring and other itmes. The results are nothing short of OUTSTANDING?.even better than we had originally thought it would turn out. The tile design we created for above the Range was constructed by Greg?s (Vinnie) team flawlessly?as was the rest of the stone tile backsplash. The Americraft team went above and beyond with little touches here and there?like the double crown molding and furniture base on the cabinetry, amongst other fine details. I can?t begin to count the number of compliments we have received on the cabinetry, tile work, and the rest of the kitchen. Greg took care of any issues that came up during construction?something that is inevitable in any remodel. I will be looking forward to working again with Greg and his team at Americraft, Inc. as we move forward on other construction projects in our house.

The work was done at my mom's house. The crew that worked on this project were extremely nice and respectful to her and made sure that she was inconvenienced as little as possible during the construction phase. Greg and the rest of the crew were very helpful with the design part of the project and gave me good suggestions about different options. Any questions I had during the project were answered promptly. I would definitely use them again if I am in need of anymore remodeling work. I would highly recommend Americraft for any construction job you are looking to have done. They are on time, professional, and easy to work with.

We have used Americraft now for all of our major renovations. The first job Greg's crew did for us was our kitchen. This was a complete renovation down to the studs. We were so pleased with the work we had them come back a short couple of months later and have our master bathroom gutted as well. I can't say enough about his crew. I work from home so I interacted with them probably more than they would have preferred but they were always punctual, professional and would seek my opinion before doing anything we hadn't spoke about prior. The tile work that Vinnie does is amazing! We get complements all the time! We did have the help of a designer that Greg put us in touch with which made things a lot easier for us in regards to figuring out the best kitchen and bath layout, design, materials and colors. She went with us to pick everything out as well. Greg's quote for all of our projects was never the least expensive but wasn't the most expensive either. In addition to the big projects of the kitchen and bathroom, we also had Greg's crew replace all of our interior doors and hung new windows for us upstairs. (They replaced the windows downstairs with the kitchen remodel and decided to have him order the same windows for the upstairs.) We have one more bathroom that needs to be updated and we will use Americraft for this project as well.

After meeting with 2 contractors, 1 who promised us a lot but never delivered and 1 who pretty much thought we were insane to think they could remodel the kitchen we the budget we provided, we found Greg at Americraft via Angie's List. We gave him a call and he came to the house to provide us with a quote which was very reasonable. Right of the bat I knew that we were going to hire Americraft to remodel our kitchen just from the first meeting with Greg. There were a few bumps in the road but in the end, I believe that Americraft provided an affordable, quality product and love our new kitchen. The bumps in the road stemmed from miscommunication between myself, Greg, and the third party vendor. In the end, Greg was able to straighten things out. Greg was able to do that buy keeping in touch with us and and ensuring that everything was going well. He was also very good with ensuring that we stay within the budget as some of the choices we made was more than we had budgeted for. It was reassuring to me that he had our financial interests in mind when we made selections as remodel costs could balloon quickly! Brittany and Dave performed all of the work at the house and they did a real good job of communicating with us whenever something needed to be communicated and I felt they produced great quality work! They were both truly professional. Not too mention the work was done with in the scheduled timeline. I think it's usually hard to find a good contractor and team that is reasonable in price but I believe that Americraft has that. If we do decide to do more work to the house, we would definitely give them a call. The last positive note too make is that after the kitchen was finished, we found a few things that we didn't like so Greg has promised to come back and have those things taken care of. Would definitely recommend him and his team to friends and family.

Looking at our beautiful, modern, organized space that was only a short time ago a dirty and ugly unfinished basement, I wish we had called Americraft way sooner. Greg Cutler and his team of professionals brilliantly solved problems that we despaired could not be solved. Ceilings too low? They painted them and it looks really cool. And I love my new laundry room!! They gave good advice regarding flooring, staining vs. painting, etc. and everything they suggested is working out fine. I especially appreciate Greg's knowledge of this area's codes. While our basement was being worked on, the electricians he hired updated the wiring in our 84-year old house. They were cheerful and pleasant to work with and I would use Americraft again for any other renovation project that may come up.

Vinny was the lead carpenter on our project, and together with Brittany and Mike, did a wonderful job. This was a large project, and we'd been thinking about it for a couple of years. We interviewed several contractors, and I'm glad we chose Americraft. Our bathroom is very contemporary, and the work needed to be very precise. Vinny was meticulous, and the bathroom turned out just as we envisioned. Greg, the owner, was very easy to work with - prompt to answer questions and issues. I would highly recommend Americraft for any home remodeling project.

They did a great job overall. They were punctual and professional. They also stayed within our budget even when a few minor changes were made during the project. Greg was great to work with. The work was performed almost 2 years ago and we are still very happy with the work. We have no regrets.

We hired Americraft to remodel our 50+ year old kitchen after researching many other companies. I was impressed with the references and pictures on the website ,and very pleased with the overall work in my kitchen. I dealt with the owner,Greg, and he set everything up with the crews and helped me select material and also helped with the design of the kitchen so it would flow and be functional. I really needed and appreciated that help.Customer service was very good, always polite. I was always contacted on issues and never left out of the loop. I I have never had a remodel done and the crew, Chris and Mike, were always punctual, courteous and professional. The kitchen needed a wall removed and it was done cleanly and with minimum dust. They gutted the kitchen and never left debris at the end of the day. The cabinets were installed and look beautiful. The guys even suggested I stagger my floor tile for a more modern look, loved it. I also had granite counter tops installed and the person that came out to measure (Jim) and installers were there when they said they would be there and were very professional and knew what they were doing. The granite was installed without a hitch. The company also has a warranty on their work, which is one of the reasons I hired them. I had a few minor adjustments and they came out promptly and handled them. They also framed out our basement walls, which we will have them come back and finish next year.

Over the years we have extensively remodeled our entire house. We have worked with numerous contractors, and Greg Cutler and the workers of Americraft were absolutely the best people we have ever dealt with. Greg walked us through the initial process of planning, including picking out fixtures and tile. His workers showed up on time each and everyday. The guys even cleaned up at the end of the day, including vacuuming our carpet. They were very careful about not damaging walls, or other rooms in our house that were not being remodeled. Greg was available to us throughout the entire remodeling process. If we had a question, day or night, we called him and responded immediately. Greg is a man of integrity and honesty, and his work ethic is excellent. They came and looked at my project and gave me an estimate. they seemed pretty knowledgeable about customizations. They were into promoting things that they could do in customizing things that you needed. It sounded like if you were looking for something custom it would have been helpful. They told me about the company. He brought his computer and showed me work that they had done for other customers. They had pictures of different types of projects they had done. I thought that was nice and helpful. Although, it was hard to look at the pictures and listen to him. So, I kind of ignored the pictures, but it was nice with what he was saying. It seemed like a nice experience over all. it did take a little bit of time to get the estimate from him. I had to follow up a couple times, but he finally did send it. The responsiveness was a little slow. The price was just kind of average. They came out quickly.
