Top notch builder. Cost conscious, friendly, reponsive, trustworthy. A+
Description of Work: Built sunroom addition with basement. Also new back patio. Sunroom and basement have both radiant heat and forced air heating/cooling. Heating/cooling was somewhat complicated, but they did a great job with it. Addition looks like part of original house.

Kelly was very professional; always kept us in touch with the progress. Whenever we had questions he was prompt to respond. He found ways to save us money by making suggestions on products to use (i.e., cabinet manufacturers, appliances, flooring). His skills as a general contractor were above what we expected. He was there pitching in and helping do little odds and ends. He even assisted in the framing because he was so particular about how it was done. His Subconsultants were fantastic and had the same work ethics as he did. It went really well. We had no problems and we'd definitely do business with him again. He was good.
Description of Work: General Contractor for new construction of our 2,700 sq. ft. new home in Monee, IL. Managed many levels of subcontracting getting several bids from different firms in order to save us money. Our house was completed on-time and under budget in 2009.
