A Plus Garage Door

I was so impressed - this was the best vendor that we have ever dealt with. Called and came to evaluate on the same day, installed door the next day. Peter even came earlier than he said he would and called to confirm the time twice. After being canceled and rescheduled 3 times from another company who took no pride in their service (though BBB accredited), this is a breath of fresh air. Use this company! I cannot say enough about the service when we really needed it!

My garage door opener stopped working, and I checked online for reviews. A-Plus Garage Door got great reviews, and they were located close by. I called at 8 AM, and Jeremy arrived at noon with a new garage door opener as requested. After examining my situation, he advised me the sensors for my opener were blocked by debris; and I did not need a new garage door opener. Jeremy cleaned everything and lubricated the moving parts, and everything works like new. Jeremy could have simply replaced the opener as I had requested, but he advised me that was not necessary. His truthfulness and honesty convinces me that A-Plus will be my top preference for any future needs. Thank you, Jeremy.

Excellent! A-Plus was fast, thorough, and affordable. Pete identified the problem, fixed it, and tuned everything up. The experience was great and I will have them out again to tune the door up next year.

Peter @ A-Plus was awesome! He was very understanding about my self inflicted damage and offered the best price among 6 other offers (hundreds less). Because my door was not a standard size, I was given up to a 3 week delivery period. Others were too busy to do it anytime soon. Peter came out to take measurements the next day and delivered and installed the day after that. Peter and his partner got the new door in in about 2 hours and stayed a little longer to fine tune the door tracks to make it run whisper quiet! Man! I love my new door! In 13 years I've never heard that door open and close so quietly! I'd give an A+ if there was one! Thanks Peter!!

Pete and his crew were amazing. He came out and explained everything. The price was right and he was able to do the job quickly, which was nice because it was winter. The door is much quieter and we couldn't be happier.
