Description of Work: 123 Exteriors is a company that is definitely customer focused. Based on a referral, Mike Purkey from 123 came to inspect my roof (within 24 hours of my call). In spite of many roofs in my neighborhood being damaged by a hail storm, to my surprise, I was told that my roof was undamaged. I was impressed by Mike's honesty and put his and 123's contact information aside. 2 years later, after a bad storm with obvious roof damage, I picked up the phone and called Mike at 123. Later that day, my roof was inspected. It needed to be tarped and replaced. I called my insurance company. Mike from 123 met with the adjustor and made sure my interests were represented. My damaged roof was replaced. These are great people to work with. They stand behind their work. To date, my experiences with 123 have been very positive and I continue to recommend 123 Exteriors.
