Description of Work: I called this company in response to some hail damage (one of 3 estimates.) The gentleman who came out (Dale Haas) was extremely thorough and professional. He gave a complete estimate and was patient with my questions and inexperience. I ended up going with another contractor on this job (I had 3 very strong professionals come out that are all highly rated on Angie's list) simply because I have several friends who have first-hand experience with him. I certainly have no issues with Dale or 1-2-3 and would advise others to contact him if they are interested in professional approach to exterior repair.

Description of Work: They installed the siding and did come back and fix everything that I wanted changed. There was a slight problem, when installing the siding they had several nails come through the window frame, they are taking care of that now. It's taken 123 a little while to address this problem. As of this date they removed the nails but will need to seal the holes. I would say they had done a great job but took a while to correct the window issue.

Description of Work: Called to schedule appointment - they changed the day 2 times and when we finally meet said they would get me quote in 24 hrs. I followed up 2 days later because I didn't receive quote. Then 2 days after finally have me a quote which wasn't even close to the price of other contractors - double the average and 3 time higher then the lowest estimate. They didn't even have the correct dimensions and scope of work.
