During the siding job I wanted cable cords hidden under the panels and went out and told the workers, they nodded and agreed. One worker asked if I wanted my shutters back up and I said yes. After everything was done I noticed the shutters were not put backup next to the windows there was a space between them and I mentioned it to the worker and he said that is how he had to put it on.Not only was it not exceptable but they had cracked the sides and really looked bad. I found that the cable cord was not hidden under the panel but a hole was cut in the vinyl siding and also found a very noticable gap in the top molding by the deck. The sales rep came and I explained the problems. He said he would call the crew manager and have him look it over.Weeks went by and I did not hear from anyone for weeks and when they wanted payment the job was not corrected including the shutters. They agreed to replace the shutters and fix the siding and again did not hear from anyone. Same crew came and fixed the panels and molding which did not take very long at all to do but they shutters were not done yet. The crew came on Monday Labor day and finally replaced the shutters. We started the job on 7/30/09 and did not get completed till 9/7/09. A long time span considering the job only took 8 hrs. I feel there was poor customer service and a lack of communication with this company.

Michael Langworthy contractor from 1 2 3 Exteriors patiently took the time to explain what the job would entail,down to every last detail and answered all of my questions. He brought samples and colors of siding and materials, explained their durability as well as how the insulation was of greater R-value. Then he went through the contract and costs. The job was scheduled and everything was done in a timely manner. Michael called and visited several times to make sure progress was being made. Then came the walk through to check to see if everything was done accordingly. It was such a plesant surprise that a company took pride in their work and did what they promised. My old aluminum siding would make an awful crackling sound everyday from the heat of the sun. I am so happy with this new vinyl siding, it is so nice and quiet. Wonderful contractor,great workers, trusted company, completely satisfied.

Great working with Dale. He walked the roof and identified the damage. He worked with my adjuster. He was very professional. The roof looks great and the yard was perfect after they left. The crew was very polite. Dale helped me choose between two different shingles and his advice was very good. The roof looks terrific. There was a slight delay in the issuance of the depreciation check from the insurance company and Dale worked with them and never pressured me.

From the first contact, through the end of the job all 123 Exteriors personnel were very professional. They did our siding and they did it great. Fell like we live in the new house. This was the best company ( Home Services ) we've ever worked with.

The reason why I chose 123 Exteriors was because they did not harass so to speak with having our roof inspected due to a storm that had come through compared to some other companies that did not stop knocking on the door. 123 Exteriors simply just put their flyer in the door and it was upto the owner to whether or not they wanted to call them and have their home inspected and that's what made me call. Personally I get turned off when a company does not stop coming to your door. So I called the number on the flyer and spoke with Mark whom I must say is a very friendly and professional and set up a time where he would come out and inspect the roof. The next step was our Insurance Assessor to come out and confirm the damage and approve the replacement. Mark's dad Mitch (Owner) came out whilst the assessor was here which was professional and we got approved and so then the ball got rolling and instead of telling us that our roof will get done in the next week or so, Mark was specific that it won't get done until 3-4 weeks which was fine for us, anxious to get done as the neighbourhood was getting their roofs done but hey I would rather wait and have the job done properly and not rushed. So here we are today roof is done looks awesome they really did a great job and were careful with our plants and also our awning that we have outside in the patio in which they covered with a tarp to protect it which was very smart and professional. Overall they are a great company and great people and have recommended them to a neighbour and will continue to do so. Thank you 123 Exteriors.

We had hail damage on the roof and siding of our house. Darius (sales rep) from 123 came out to our house to inform us of a hail storm that had caused the damage on 6/1/09. Within that same day or the day after Mike (owner) and Darius were at our house to inspect the damage and confirm it was enough to make an insurance claim. I have never had to make a home insurance claim before so it was great working with them because they made this process painless for myself and my husband. After they confirmed damage and we agreed to work with them, they called up our insurance company for us to help us put in a claim. When the insurance company's inspector came they were there to walk around the house with him and help to spot damage. The work was booked to be done on June 29th and June 30th, however due to the weather forecast of rain it was postponed to the following week. It was completed in 2 days! I was shocked at how quickly they worked. While the work was being done, Mike, Darius and Juan (the VP) all stopped by to make sure that work was being done to our satisfaction. Not only was it done to our satisfaction but they were great at cleaning up after themselves as well. The house looks brand new!!! They even installed the new lights we had purchased! All in all I was expecting a huge headache to get our siding and roof done, but they made it so painless that when we decide to move, if we need the siding and/or roof done on the next home we'd call them in a heartbeat.

The company was extremely effecient. This was an insurance claim, and they met the adjustor and submitted all of the paper work. The work was completed in one day with no damage to the rest of my home.

I contacted them and they responded within 24 hours with an estimate. They walked me through the process and provided with answers to all questions. The arrived on the day scheduled and completed it in one day. It looks great and they were eager to address any concerns I had, which were minor. Cleanup was great.

Dale Haas inspected my roof and identified damage. Later we contacted insurance company for inspections and they confirmed hail damage. Dale walked through the procedure (provided good choice of roof types/ colors) and I had no problems. Work was carried out very professionally. All in all a good job done.

Dale Haas was our contact from 123 Exteriors. He gave us a clear description what was necessary to replace the roof and an accurate time line of when it would occur. Dale gave us a week notice of the work date and told us the materials would be delivered to our driveway the day before. The morning the delivery man arrived he was concerned with placing the materials on one side of the driveway so to minimize the inconvenience. The work crew arrived at 7:00am and proceeded to tear-off the asphalt roof shingles. During the day the crew would pick up debris in the yard from the job. They used a dump truck as their garbage dumpster so the garbage from the job was gone that day. The job was completed by 3:00pm that afternoon. We were very pleased with the result.

The roofing crew arrived on day one a little after 7:00 A.M. and got right to work. They removed the old roof and installed the new shingles. They were courteous, efficient, professional and cleaned up after themselves before they left. The siding crew arrived on day two and they were equally impressive. Our representative, Mike Purkey, was on site to make sure everything went as planned. He did an excellent job for us handling the insurance company and getting the ball rolling promptly. The siding crew just did an excellent job and they, too, were professional, courteous and left the yard looking great when they left. My house looks brand new!!! Cudos to 123 Exteriors!

My neighbor told me about his hail damage and 123 Exteriors who checked it out. I called them and the salesman checked my house, said I had damage, and told me what to do. I called my insurance company and they checked it out. I paid about $1255.00 for extra insulation, trim, and deductible fee. I was told when they would get to me and that was on time. They were a good company to work with. Oh my neighbor got $100 for referring my house. The insurance paid about $9900.00.

Overall it went great. We had a few issues come up but these were resolved quickly and without further problems.

Our home was damaged from a hailstorm last year. Our neighbor called us and told us about this company who replaced their siding from the same hailstorm. We phoned 123 Exteriors and Mitch came out for a consultation. He inspected my home and found that it did, in deed, have hail damage. He then informed me that this would be covered under my homeowner's insurance policy. I phoned my insurance company to file a claim and set up an appointment for their claims adjuster to inspect my home. Mitch also came on that date and they spent time together going over the damage (while I sat in the comfort of my home). It was so nice to not have to do all the leg work. When they were finished negotiating the damage, they both came in and presented the price to me along with what our deductible would be. Our insurance company sent us a first check immediately, which we in turn signed over to 123 Exteriors for the order of materials to take place. Mitch came out again and spent much time with us as we picked out the color of the siding. He also worked with my husband as to certain things we could do to save on materials, etc. since my husband is a carpenter and was able to supply part of the materials. We were told how we could give referrals to save us money also and Mitch worked with us to get the word out about their company--all within our requests and how we were comfortable doing it. :o) All this happened within only a couple of weeks. A date was set for the residing and the day before the materials were delivered in an orderly manner, placed neatly and out of the way by the very courteous driver. Very promptly the next morning the residing crew arrived. They resided my home in one day working hard all throughout. They were very courteous, knew their trade well, and worked until completion in a very professional way. Midway through the job, the Vice President of the company, Juan, visited with us, making sure that the job was being done to our satisfaction, which it was and the clean up completed efficiently. We had previously re-roofed our home the year before and there were several shingles curling up and there were some nail pops, when I asked about how we could fix that, the crew, who was already on the roof, just went through and nailed down the nail pops with no extra charge. Actually, I have never encountered a company so efficient in their business dealing, the swiftness of the work involved, their organizational skills and professionalism in any other company that we have had to work with--and with my husband working in the trades we encounter many in the home-building industry.

They came at 7:00 and finished at 7:00 the same day. Cleaned up as they were working so their was no mess around the house. I was very pleased with the work ethic of the whole crew that did my house. Very clean work from start to finish. I have no complaints at all. I am very well pleased with the finish product.

It started with Michael Langworthy, their restoration specialist, who explained in detail the process and costs involved. He was totally professional throughout, answering all of our questions and keeping us informed of the progress. He arranged everything including contacting my insurance agent and accompanying the adjuster during the inspection. He brought out samples of siding and was thorough in explaining our options. Once we had decided on the what we wanted, he took care of writing up and explaining the contract and ordering materials. He called us and arranged a date to do the job within one week of signing the contract. They took care of all the permits and showed up on time on the date specified. Their crew of 8 started at 7:30am and were done with everything by 5:00pm! Juan and Michael visited twice during the day to inspect and see if I had any questions. The quality of the work was outstanding; from the siding itself down to the beautiful caulking job.

They never got to a second job with me. Here's why -- The team showed up to tear off old roof and before I let them begin I contacted my sales agent to verify that they had all the correct materials before doing the tear off -- he verified they had the specific items I had listed on my contract. When the truck showed up with supplies, they had cheaper material than what I ordered (underlayment and starter strip - out of sight, so you can't check it after it's done). They also started to install the wrong skylights (which I waited 6 weeks for). With three holes in my roof, I was stuck with one of the wrong ones (because of size). They were able to get a size CLOSE to what I had ordered, but not exact, so I had to hire a separate handyman to come in and do trim work to cover up the obvious size difference. Also, I had the Cobra Snow and Country roof vent installed.
