Description of Work: Initially I bought a Bulldog UTV from home depot. I was experiencing an issue with it. Bertel's came out and addressed that it was a fuel pump issue. In addition to fixing the fuel issue, I also had them install a plow, which included the winch and bracket.

+ -1 moreThe snow blower was a little hard to start and it was able to clear the 13 inches of snow that fell over the course of a week. I called the repair folks and asked about the hard to start condition. They sent a truck and picked up the snow blower and repaired an additional part inside the carburetor. The snow blower was returned to me and the driver would not accept any payment. He said that they "stand behind" the repair work and it would not cost me anything. Where can you find that level of commitment to service? I would recommend Bertels for Service and also to purchase new equipment. It was a pleasure doing business with such expertise.
Description of Work: Bertels repaired a snow blower that would not start. They expertly repaired the carburetor and did not just opt to replace the entire carburetor at my expense. The Bertels Repair center was able to get the snow blower repaired in one day and ready for a series of snows that blanketed our county. Bertels provided fast, expert service; I trust them to do a great job.
