+ -1 moreThey were very kind, fair, and professional with me. They also work with landscaping companies etc, and just are a great company to do business with. I would highly recommend them and only want to use them.
Description of Work: I bought a new blower to replace mine which had been stolen from me. They sold me a new Tanaka one at a very fair price with a 7 year warranty. I used the blower for a few weeks, then one day it wouldn't start for me at all. I took it back to the shop and for some reason, the coil had gone bad. They were very surprised by this as they had never seen this before. They ordered me a new coil and replaced it and got it all fixed up for me, good as new.

+ -1 moreThey totally go through the equipment, checking and changing all fluids, belts, motors and everything else as needed. There have never been any problems after service. The equipment starts and works as supposed to. They even went as far as telling me how to service something myself rather than calling them and being charged for it. They actually called and gave more information that would make me repairing the equipment myself easier. They go above and beyond as a service provider. They are outstanding people to work with and I have nothing but good things to say about them.
Description of Work: They have serviced my roto-tiller, snow blower, lawn mower, weed eater, and power rake.
