They madr yhe cover and installed it when I nee3ded it to help keep heat ouit in last sunners heat. Icalled them again to takr it down so I cooooooould enjoy the heat and light as it got cooler.

Overall - i would use again for roofing, but not so sure about other construction jobs based on my experience with the windows.... they did pretty good on the windows, but communication and responsiveness was very rough. I would recommend for roofing, but not 100% sure I would recommend them do other jobs outside of roofing in the future. I rated the Punctuality and Professionalism lower mostly due to the lack of communications/responsiveness issues encountered (took 1.2 years to complete the two projects that were to originally span a time frame of 4 months for the two separate projects) After giving the estimate on 6/20/2011, they came back on 7/29/2011 and did the entire roof within 2 or 3 days. We were very pleased with the roof. Jerry said they would contact us when the roofing season slowed down (probably mid to late September 2011) to come and work on the windows. the day Jerry was here for the roof job, he contacted the supplier for the windows and asked us for a check for $1,952 for the windows. The check was deposited/cashed a few days later on 8/2/2011. We didn't hear anything back from Jerry by end of September, so I called his cell phone early October 2011. never got a call back from him after several messages over the next few weeks - he called me back and left a voice message while we were out over Christmas break 2011. Over the next few months, we left messages and didn't actually talk to Jerry (or anyone at their place) until April 2012. We were a getting very nervous because we have yet to see the windows that we paid him $1,952. He assured me that the windows were at the supplier still. After multiple messages left, they finally came and did the windows sometime around August 2012 or so (nearly a year after they said they would install them) I liked the windows once they were installed, but one of them opened very hard. Jerry came out and looked at it and said the install was fine, but he would need to contact the supplier and/or the mfg company. Didn't hear back from him for a few more weeks until I called him. He said he has left messages with the window sales rep. a few more weeks go by and no word about the window. I saw him outside one of his friend's house and stopped my car to find out where we stood - he was still waiting on the sales rep. I ended up contacting the supply company to get the information about the mfg company and I ended up calling them myself. with a long series of voice messages to their sales rep, and not getting responses from him either. Needless to say, responsiveness and communication were a trouble spot with this window project. SUMMARY: Workmanship on roof was very good. Workmanship on windows was fine. According to Jerry, he had health issues which caused some of the breakdown in responsiveness and communications. He is working on transferring the business to his son(s). I would think that he would want to teach them about communications if they want the business to continue - just my friendly advice to them. Jerry did apologize often for the communication issues. Overall, they did good work except for the communication and responsiveness.
