A & M PROFESSIONAL TREE SVC

They showed up 5 days before the job wanting to store equipment in our yard and when we told them we couldn't because we were having a party 2 days before they were to do the job, the owner got mad and yelled at the person who answered the door, which wasn't even relative to the job, he was simply in town for the party. Then on the day of the job they showed up and began to work. 2 of the trees were right on the property line where a neighbors brand new fence lays. we told them if they couldn't get the whole stump to get as much as they could. My mother is disabled and was home alone when they finished working. She was not able to check their work and when she went to make the check out to them, the owner had my mother write the check out to him personally and void the check she had written to the company. After my husband and I returned home we went to check their work. They removed the trees and most of the stumps so I will give them that but they also destroyed all of our grass on that side of the entire house, damaged our neighbors fence, and left wood chips all over the roof. We have called 6 times in the last 3 days and left messages with each call that we needed them to come back out and repair their mess. They have not called us back at all and now my mother will have to pay someone to come out and clean off the roof, reseed the entire side of the house, and probably to fix our neighbors fence as he is none to happy and it was a brand new fence. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!
