This service is absolutely terrible! If I could give a "0" stars I would chose that option! So, I've made the appointment via their website and made it for the earliest recommended available date, printed out the confirmation, and then patiently waited for more than one week for the day of the appointment! Needless to say, in the day of the appointment nobody got back to me to confirm it, so I called Customer Service with one hour BEFORE the expiration of the scheduled window of service, just to find out that they don't even have the appointment on their books! This is the epitome of INCOMPETENCE! On top of all that, the customer service operator just hang-up on me, and when I called for the second time, she just put me on hold, as a revenge for me asking why is the appointment NOT showing up on their books! ABSOLUTELY AWFUL SERVICE!!! I would NEVER, EVER used them again, and I would strongly discourage EVERYONE falling for this scam!

0 stars should be possible. SCAM. They wasted my time on 3 occasions and when I disputed the service fee through my credit card company they sent me to collections for $119! Insane! The first visit was to diagnose the problem. They called in sick the day of repair. The following week they came out WITHOUT the part and then didn’t know when the part was going to arrive. I went elsewhere after that. I would have gladly applied the service fee toward the repair if they were anywhere close to capable. I stayed home 3 times to get sent to collections. STAY AWAY!!

Totally unprofessional, didn't finish agreed upon work, in the end they couldn't figure out what was the issue with a washer (said it was an unspecified installation issue) who's manufacturer they partner with (Samsung). Samsung ended up giving us compensation because of the awful experience from URS. Would never recommend, borderline theft, better off buying a new washer.

My 2 year and 2 month old Samsung top loader was powering on but wouldn't start a cycle. I scheduled repair service through Samsung. I was responsible for a $109 payment in order to reserve the service which I was told would be credited toward the final repair bill. I figured that might cover half of a new control board which I presumed to be the case, so I agreed. The technician came, confimed with my wife that the board needed to be replaced.My wife texted me that the cost would be $286, I grumblingly agreed, thinking the price was steep, but we needed a washing machine for our family of 7. I got home shortly thereafter and spoke with the technician briefly who was just finishing up. He had been there around 40 minutes (a conservative overestimation). When I handed him my card and asked the amount being charged, he said "$286". I mentioned that i had already paid $109 and he said that yes, the TOTAL charge for the repair was $395 and that he was "sorry that you're over barrel on this, but you really don't have much choice, since nobody is delivering new appliances right now". I didn't get a chance to see the invoice as it was on an iPad that wasn't given to me for signature (Covid-19 precautions) and he said it would come via email. When I got the invoice I saw that the labor charge came to $195. FOR 40 MINUTES OF WORK. I promptly called the company to ask why this rate was acceptable and spoke with a customer service person who explained that the labor charge was a "Blue Book" rate that charged based on the type of service as opposed to an hourly rate. I have replaced circuit boards on appliances before. It's not rocket science. In fact, most rocket scientists don't get paid $200+ an hour! I asked to be called back by a manager. In the meantime, I called Samsung to complain and they told me that if I had negotiated with them before the service was completed, they might have been able to cover the cost of the parts, but since the ticket was closed they can do nothing. They said that they have no control over labor prices charged by their certified repair contractors. I explained that before the work was done, I had NO IDEA that I was being charged $195 in labor charges because I HAD NOT BEEN CHARGED and therefore had no way to know that I would need to negotiate with Samsung. So frustrating. I was called back by a manager from Unique who gave me the exact same "we charge customary Blue Book prices" excuse. I recommend that you find another service provider or AT LEAST get a full breakdown of charges before agreeing to service. I will say this - the washer now works and the technician was prompt (early) and generally professional.
