Description of Work: They replaced the old roof with new architectural shingles on the House and Garage. They installed additional mushroom style aluminum vents that efficiently contributed to the air conditioning of the upper rooms.

 + -1 moreTHE COST TO UPGRADE THE ROOF MATERIAL IS MINIMAL, ASK FOR THE 30 LB FELT PAPER AND THE 30 YEAR SHINGLE. IF YOU WILL BE NEEDING GUTTERS DO IT TOGETHER THEN YOU WILL GET A BETTER SEAL ON YOUR ROOF BECAUSE HE CAN WRAP THE EDGES.
Description of Work: TONY WAS RECOMMENDED BY A NEIGHBOR, HE WAS VERY HELPFUL IN HELPING US DECIDE ON THE TYPE OF MATERIAL TO USE, ICE DAME, 30 LB WEIGHT OF FELT PAPER, AND ARCHITECTURAL SHINGLES. EVEN THE DELIVERY GUY (FROM THE LOCAL HARDWARE STORE) SAID WE PICKED OUT THE BEST STUFF AND OUR ROOF WILL LAST A LONG TIME. I HOPE SO.
