Requested quote for lawn maintenance but was out of his service area. They got back to me a few hours after leaving message. Appreciated the fast response.

Just as the company name implies "perfect".

Just moved in and the bushes were pretty unruly. They trimmed them down out of the power/cable lines and cleaned everything up...even took a pile of leaves that I had raked but hadn't bagged yet. Looks great! Even my neighbors are happy now.

This company did a great job. My call was answered by a live person who was very friendly and helpful. They were able to make it to my house the following week. They did exactly what I asked for and for a reasonable price too. Our lawn has never looked better and they saved us tons of time and body aches by turning soil and doing some basic cleanup that would of taken us days! We look forward to hiring them again next year.

Have not been able to perform normal yard maintenance, other than cutting the grass, since April, 2013. Plant beds & shrubs were in deplorable condition, heavily overgrown and full of weeds.Found PTL on Angie's list and called them. They came out that afternoon, and gave me a quote which I know from previous quotes to be a very attractive offer. Due to their work load & previous commitments they could not fit us in for about 3 weeks, but estimated the week of 8/25. They came on 8/27 and did an exemplary job, getting the yard and shrubs into better condition than I would have if I had been able to do it myself. We plan to maintain Perfect Turf Landscaping regularly on an ongoing basis

Perfect Turf's performance on this job was exemplary. Steve's landscape design was very good. It provided a wide variety of plants. The crew who did the work was very thorough and fast. Everything was complete in under 5 hours. I would highly recommend Perfect Turf for anyone's landscaping needs.

When I first called, Steve answered right away. I wasn't up on all the landscaping jargon, so I needed some guidance as to what I really wanted/needed. Then he came out a few days later to survey my property so that he could provide an estimate. I received the estimate in the mail within 2 days of him visiting. We talked about scheduling the work. Their schedule is very busy so it would be a couple of weeks before they could come out, but they surprised me by coming out a week earlier than anticipated, which was great! The crew spent several hours applying mulch to our large and numerous beds, as well as did some grading, rototilling, and fabric replacement work. The end result was stunningly beautiful. And then I received a follow up call to ensure we were happy with the work they had performed. Our answer was an overwhelming "Yes!".

We hired (and retained) Perfect Turf to help with lawn care - mowing each week, and then in the Spring to do a core aeration and clean up in the Fall. The workers are always there - each week, prompt, courteous, and reliable. The rates are lower to comparable to other services I see advertised in the area. I was so pleased after the first cut, I hired them for the rest of the summer, and rehired them each year.

They do a great job and their prices are better than other competitors I have priced against in Arlington Heights for the same/similar services..

All work was quoted fairly and done either on time or early. Communication was prompt, professional and accurate. In some cases they over delivered and did some extra things that just made the experience nicer. For instance when Steve had the old tree pulled they sodded at no extra charge as they had some left over sod from the other work that I had them do. I recommend perfect turf highly, and will continue to use them for my future outdoor needs.

He wasn't able to help me out at the current time. However, he was very professional and polite. I would highly consider using their service in the future.

I called Steve for an appointment to re-do the landscaping in front of my house.He was very punctual and listened to my ideas and to what my wife and I were looking for and he suggested we take a ride to a property he just completed that was a few blocks away.Looking at the actual finished product helped out in picking the type of plants and flowers we wanted to use.Steve told us it would be a couple weeks before he could do anything for us do to the amount of work he had lined up so we set a date to meet at the nursery he does business with to make our final selections.That was on Friday 5/11/12.I told him due to the nature of my work I was on a time schedule and had Monday off but wouldn't be able to take anymore time in the near future and I really wanted to be there when the plantings took place.Steve was very accommodating and was able to schedule me in on the day I was available.He picked out plants and the perfect green Japanese Maple for our yard.I was very pleased with the final product. I plan on using him in the future and have already recommended to others.

They did a fabulous job. They were very nice and I would use them again in a heartbeat.

They were very good. Their personal service was good because the owner came out to our residence.

I have used Perfect turf in the past for lawn re-sodding. They do good quality work at a fair price. Nothing fancy

they worked with us to grade and level our yard and came with solutions on how to protect our newly laid concrete patio. they were great with communication and answering all our questions. they did a great job and we would refer them to anyone!

The owner said he couldn't understand how the damage could have been cause by his people. I pointed out that the lawn did not look torn up when he came to give an estimate for lawn maintenance. He probably would have recommended some remedial work had it looked like that to start. I didn't realize until months later that they cut through some substantial roots of (what used to be a magnificent) Japanese Maple in the front yard. Thiis was apparently done during spring clean-up. This previously healthy and beautiful tree now has some dead branches. They call themselves landscapers???

Great job overall. Sometimes they clean the back by the alley sometimes they don't. Sometimes they go by the dog run sometimes they don't. Other than that pretty standard.

The company never returned my phone call.

It was good work. They were hard workers. They will mow my yard every two weeks for $45.00. They are close to us and therefore convenient. They came out right away. It is a competitive business.

After several other lawn maintenance companies never returned our inquiries, we contacted Perfect Turf via e-mail and the owner responded immediately. We had a quote for our lawn services within 24 hours, and we signed on. They have been cutting our lawn now for a month and we couldn't be happier. I look forward to Friday when the service comes because our lawn looks beautiful instantly. The crew is quick and professional, making sure leaves and branches disappear along with the grass. They edge our numerous flower beds every week, haul away all the grass, and make sure everything is neat. They have even come up on our porch and deck to remove leaves. It's a wonderful service, and if you have a question, the owner responds immediately.

The first time the charge was $55, but it will be $25 from now on. They were very personable. They did the job well and promptly. The price was fair. They were very quick getting out here once I asked them. I contracted with them to do the yard for the rest of the summer.

It was a superior experience. A+ dosent even cover how happy I am with my lawn and front yard. It looks fabulous!! Steve was very professional in hs work ethics and how he handled the job. From the first phone call to work being completed i cant imagine anything going so smoothly. It was a pleasure to deal with Steve and he has many good suggestions as to what a good yard can look like and envisions how it will be in years to come. I would hire Perfect Turf for any yard work I need to have done and would tell anyone else who asks me also. This was a very good experience for me.

It was fine. I wasn't there when they did the work. They sent me a bill. It was just what I wanted, and it didn't cost me any time or aggravation.
