 + -1 moreThese folks are terrific! I love the way they listened to what we wanted and made it happen. We added fish scale, lattice, and trim to our old house as well as repairing old siding and redoing the garage roof. I was 1000% satisfied with it all. The house looks transformed. Folks arrived on time, were very professional and pleasant, and did a great job. Communications, timing, expertise and pricing were excellent. It was a pleasure to have the work done and I would happily recommend them to everyone. Thank you, Perfect 10 Exteriors, for making our home look great!
Description of Work: The most terrific part was that they put up fish scale siding, trim, and lattice, and added a gable piece. The house looks transformed. They replaced our garage roof and repaired old siding, too.

 + -1 moreIt went really well. They came out and were working 2 or 3 different jobs at the same time. They all had their own specialty (about 7 guys). The montez brothers did the finishing touches, no surprise charges- all original prices!
Description of Work: They ripped off all the siding on my house, exposing all the wood (house built in 1878) and sealed up everything on the wood that existed. They then replaced with all new vinyl siding that they installed including aluminum covers. They did the same with the window frames by enclosing it in aluminum as well. The place looks like a million bucks now!

 + -1 moreIt went great, they were very good! They were very professional.
Description of Work: They removed all the old roofing tiles and they repaired some of the wooden parts that were rotten and needed replacement. They did all the trim and venting from the roof to the side of the house and also did some flashing around the chimney/pipes and it's perfectly sealed.
